Oh this is great! Thanks! I always wanted one of the recent Dinky 24s as I have the recent Dinky regular size and I like it a lot but want a bigger version. Maybe the convertible clutch would scratch that itch!

I go to my local thrift store fairly often and I usually find a vintage coach bag each time I’m there. Today I did find one (thank you to the authenticate this forum!) and I also found this interesting bag. It’s made by Dorcelle and appears to be a copy cat brand. The blue is like a medium denim and it’s worn out but fairly good shape-it feels just like coach leather. Has anyone ever seen a bag by this brand before? Also, it was only $1.99 and I thought it would be fun to rehab.

I've never seen this brand, or I did and didn't pay attention. I've seen Coach copycats at thrift stores. There are some on etsy that all look like copies of Coach designs.

A few more are linked at Google, but no information on the company. It looks like they specialized in copying Coach styles.

That’s crazy, and your super sleuthing skills are phenomenal. Dorcelle is a total copycat brand, but sold in big name stores, yikes!
How crazy would it be to wear these two together? They look like they’ve come out of the same batch of leather (which is impossible because one is pre-creed, so much older), the color is absolutely identical.
That's amazing! Back when these were made, they didn't have computers to ensure that colors came out the same in every batch, so even bags made the same year but in different factories or in different months varied.
