I am looking at vintage coach bags online and on ebay they go for way cheaper than on some auction sites (ebth.com). Any idea why?
Just guessing here:
1. Greater supply on eBay. Sellers have lots of competition, which tends to keep prices lower.
2. Lower commissions on eBay. Higher commission rates on other sites might mean sellers have to charge more.

Anyone here has the 9959? Don’t know what it is called but it looks like a small satchel bag. I was wondering how big it is, only a few images came up with google search, none of which gave me an idea of its size.

Let the search begin! :)

A lot of ebay sellers incorrectly list them as Speedy, Broadway, Doctor's Bag. If that helps your search!

I too have found that if you type in Coach vintage speedy or doctors bag you get results. I have the black Broadway and have been wanting a brown one and I also have been on the lookout for Baxters for over a year now but haven't pulled the trigger yet. Anyway, I've noticed recently on eBay that the prices on these styles have gone up quite a bit since I first started watching them. Most of them are well over the $100 range now and there's even a Broadway satchel listed right now for over $500!

I know right! I could buy a much higher end preloved bag for $500. Not that I would, I think I fell in love with vintage Coach’s simplicity and quality. I’d probably spend that 500 to get more vintage Coach. LOL! The ability to be washed is really a BIG plus for me. I never really owned Designer bags that costs thousands of dollars so I don’t have a point of comparison.

There is a BT Baxter on eBay with a low starting bid. Use top handle in the search to find it.
It's interesting because I have found unbelievable deals on bags correctly identified, as well as those listed as a generic vintage Coach.
