I had no idea there even was a UCLA archive of Bonnie Cashin. I have done research at that library for other digital photos too. Thank you!
That's one of my favorite movies too, and I never knew Cashin designed her clothes. I'll have to rent it again. Thanks for the tidbit! If you ever want to immerse yourself in Bonnie Cashin design, see some of her costume designs in movies from the 1940s - my favorite is Laura - Gene Tierney looks fabulous wearing Cashin's clothes:

"View attachment 4144217 Recently I discovered there are some beautiful vintage Coach bags out there. I found this like new Coach Court in British Tan. The leather is amazing. Love it!

lol, I thought it sounded odd when she said rent it!Really Catbird9? “Rent it”? Lol!
I heard a story on NPR the other morning about the very last Blockbuster Video! I miss those days!!!
Our Blockbuster became a marijuana dispensary!lol, I thought it sounded odd when she said rent it!
Our Blockbuster closed years ago and the building is still empty. I don't miss VCRs at all. We donated ours a few years ago but I have some home movies on videotape that I can't watch unless I find someone who can digitize them.

Well, now we know (note the impressive markup). I knew that I should have grabbed it for $70 if only to experiment with possible techniques for addressing the cracks in the plastic piping ...It may be interesting to see who grabbed this one up. Given the piping issues around the lower seam, IMHO it really only has historic value. If some flipper bought it on spec, then I suspect we'll see it again at a much inflated price. If a collector snatched it up, I applaud them on obtaining a piece of history at an attractive price.
Sorry you missed out! [emoji852]️ Yeah I knew it wasn't going to last long so I posted it here hoping for one of y'all to grab it. But it ended up exactly where I didn't want it to go. Ohhh, I so would if only I didn’t already have other similar bags. But maybe someone here wants to enjoy this beauty. I wonder how much it will go for. It warms my heart to know bags like this are still around. Without a BIN of $400.00.
