Wow no one is buying that musette!? I have a carrier in the same color so I don't want the same style bag in she same color just different size.

I've been wondering the same thing! Is there some hidden info we don't know?! My musette stable is full, yet I'm still tempted b/c I love the color.

I checked her completed listings and this bag has an interesting history:

Ending date:
March 31 $309.99
April 1 $245.00
April 2 $239.00
April 2 $209.99
April 2 $199.99
April 4 $189.99
April 5 $169.99
April 6 $159.99
April 7 $184.99

Relisted April 7 $149.99

I wonder how low she is willing to go?

Personally if it were me, I would leave the listing up for longer than one day to get more viewers. And enable Best Offer.

Thanks RL!
FYI, these are the Italian made Sonoma styles I currently own :
Made in 1995 - a 4903 Flap and a 4933 Small Bucket.
Made in 1996 - a 4906 Medium Bucket, 4914 Double Zip, 4918 Small Zip and a 4921 Satchel.
The 1997 bags (if they exist) still elude me!

Thanks for the addl Sonoma E plant style numbers. I recall having had one or two of those pass through once upon a time. If I had to guess, I suspect that once Gramercy production ramped up at the E plant, it consumed the facility. Also, didn't several "new" offshore facilities come on line in 1997 and 1998 (U in Hungary, P in CR, N in Mexico, I in Turkey, ...)? I wonder what the thinking was behind the decision as to what line and styles would be produced where?

Thanks RL!
Just reporting that I've started actively looking for Italian Sonomas from 1997, and have found three bags in different styles thru eBay thus far.
B7E-4907, E7E-4959, K7E-4316
So are definitely out there, and will keep looking mostly for my edification - but I MAY be tempted to buy!
Coach history is so interesting; I especially wonder about the craftspeople who worked on these bags
and what effect all those changes had on them.

In the past month or so there have been several Musettes listed on the various marketplaces for less than $1oo. Whether this particular listing is one of them being flipped, just another following a trend, or influenced by a seller being desperate for cash, your guess is as good any. Having seen price points collapse (temporarily?) on a given style several times before, this is nothing new in the world of vintage COACH.
