So what are guys looking for? What's on the wish list? I only want Sheridan, Dakota or Madison line for their durability and the low maintenance. But they aren't must have right now. Everything else I'm just Meh about, even a musette.

I saw this and was very tempted. I wasn't looking for one, but you know how that is!
I know!
If it was made in Italy I would have no choice but to buy it. And a great price & beautiful shape.
But just not my color.
The green and blue leather bags look so pretty in the Coach catalogues.
But for some reason I'm not crazy about those colors in person.
And yet I love the grape, pumpkin nubuc and marigold colored Sonoma bags.
Go figure!

I think they sometimes end up looking washed out, especially nubuc. I was disappointed in spruce and lime. I love my aqua. Periwinkle and red are gorgeous in Sonoma too.

I'm really really really restricting myself to these Sonomas :
The 4313 Mini Zip and 4903 Flap Bag both in Marigold or Camel (so 1997 to 1998)
Made in Italy preferred!
But it's very possible I'll be tempted to stray beyond those.

They are nearly impossible. I don't get them now unless they are nearly perfect. Stains don't wash out and worn areas don't go away. I guess you could refresh the color with RIT so faded might be okay. You can lightly sand the surface but it won't fix nap that has worn smooth.
Good to know. Thanks! I guess I should not make any of those as a daily bag.

I agree whateve - I now only buy perfect or near perfect too.
They are so pretty, but I don't carry them as they're so hard to clean and is NOT a good thing to get them wet. A bit frustrating!
FYI, a nubuc cloth works pretty well on light soil if the bag is in good shape....
