yes. poor bag. ordered the leather refinish and will try that. thank you for the suggestion.

have noticed with other dying attempts that if there are any breaks in the leather-even minor looking ones--the leather takes the dye unevenly. this bag was pretty scratched up.

anyhow, more to come. if the leather refinish doesn't work, maybe i could pass it off as a finish like this...

Yikes! I think I like it better the way it is. Hope you can get is straightened out. Leather Refinisher is great stuff.

Its beautiful! The only downside to rehabbing the musette bags is having double the fun
steel wooling the double turnlocks..!! Looking forward to seeing that babe when you have rehabbed her !!

keyword spamming anyone?? please report this..its NOT a COACH so it should not be listed with the word COACH in it a million times. c'mon..I have lots fbags that are NOT COACH BAGS..I don;t write,,gee this isn't a COACH but its almost as nice as a COACH EXCEPT it isn't a Coach but when I go into my closet in the dark I feel a bag that could be a COACH....and if was a COACH I wouldn't keep writing this is NOT a COACH..what a YAHOO!!:noggin::noggin::bagslap::pokey::pokey:' :panic: UH~OH Im on a roll now!:lecture::pullhair:
