I want to say it did. Someone did post the catalog page for it, after the group of catalogs posted by Hyacinth and myself in the vintage catalog thread, maybe check that out to be sure …
It must be black. The colors were yellow, coral, black, and peacock blue. My bag is not peacock blue. :)

This is what I find crazy, people putting in a max bid of $4,000+.

So someone puts in a max bid of $4,000ish (or more) way before the end of the auction. Random bidding takes it to about $1,500. Newbie (based on feedback number) bids it up to 4,000 and taps out. Crazy thing is winner must have gotten cold feet. It was relisted and sold for around $1,500.

I can’t wrap my head around putting in a max bid of over $4,000 on a bag. And why do that if you are not going to make good? I am sure people weasel out of high bids all the time … sheesh

It was probably the seller, to be honest. I think this happens a lot of on shopgoodwill too. they have bots running up the prices of things. Seller probably didn’t want to put a reserve price because no one would bid up to $4k on that purse.
Actually the initial listing went up to around $2,000 … which is more than what it sold for the second time.

I purchased a few vintage Coach bags in 2020-2022 and looking at the prices for the same bags now, I am frankly shocked at how high the prices are now ...
I agree! Now I did stumble on a Bella Court and burg Stewie listed as vintage Coach probably right after they were listed, I think in 2021. I pounced on the BIN and got them for $40 and $60 iirc. Deals may still get listed but I am convinced there are more people than ever scouring online listings.
