Can anyone help me? I ordered a regina bag today. It was an impulse purchase from a Canadian consignment website. All I could make of the creed was that it was made in Costa Rica so I don’t have a serial number to work with yet. I didn’t ask for a clearer creed pic cause I didn’t want it to sell while waiting for a reply. So now for the help I need- is this mocha or mahogany? Or a completely different colour than those?:

It's called "Pretty Brown That Goes With Everything", If I remember correctly.
I think Mocha is darker, so I second Mahogany. I think the second picture even shows a hint of the dark red undertones.

I don't think mocha was a color choice when Regina was made. As far as I know, it is mostly a NYC color. I vote for mahogany. Mahogany varied from year to year.

Thanks, that's both very helpful and a total bummer, lol. My phone is roughly the same size. Let me go clear my watch list, or maybe add something to my watch list...a tiny flip phone the size of my thumb!
Man, the Mini Bag is so cute and I've wanted something with a tubular strap for a while. But I would always have to either carry my phone in hand or wear a jacket with phone-sized pockets. Booo.
lol about the thumb sized phone. The Mini bag is definitely... mini. I only got it impulsively because I saw a deal for it, otherwise it probably wouldn’t be part of my collection. I find it nice for those quick errands though!

I love tiny bags and challenging myself to make do with the bare minimum. I carry my Dinky on a pretty regular basis. But the phone is sadly something I cannot compromise on. Super jealous of your deal!

Ive come across a few mini bag listings during my vintage coach journey but I always passed on them because Im one of those people who if my phone isn’t in my bag or pocket, its getting lost. Just today, I went grocery shopping and decided to take my Wendie. It normally fits my phone fine but I had to carry other things so I was holding my phone in my hands instead. About 10 minutes into shopping, I realized my phone wasn’t in my hands. I started panicking looking around trying to find where I dropped it. I eventually found it blended in with my cart contents...nothing like losing your phone for a while to give you a mini heart attack lol

What a nightmare! That could have happened to me for sure.

Thanks!
Maybe my phone is just really heavy, but on some of my curvier bags I really just drop it in, nothing else added, and can definitely feel the corners poking the bottom panel. In the Chester I usually fill up the bottom with something else so the phone sits elevated to avoid this.
Now I'm off to google measurements of the iPhone 7+ to see if I need a Mini Bag in my life! I think it's supposed to be 7 by 6 inches, but from photos I can never tell if the larger distance is across or top-to-bottom.

I second this! I am ALWAYS searching for everyone's review of bags - I know to each their own...but I love a personal opinion as I strive for bag-fuction-perfection!

She's beautiful and congrats on such a lovely rehab!

Thanks! I am convinced that Coach never made a perfect bag just to torment us and get us collecting decades later. The Prairie comes close, but alas! square D-rings. Why? Only to send me back to Ebay to find something just as functional, but with a strap that buckles to the body of the bag. I doesn't exist, but they know I'll find another cute style I'll just have to have.

Its cool to see how different everyone’s bag needs are! To me the prairie was probably the worst bag functionality wise. I carried it 1 time after rehabbing mine and I couldn’t stand the shape- my stuff just wouldn’t fall in place the way I wanted it to :(. Im happy to report that it now lives on the west coast and is in the hands of someone who will actually give it the love it deserves! I too have yet to find my holy grail of vintage coach bags- a lot of favourites but nothing that makes me go “I NEED THIS IN EVERY COLOUR!!” lol
