Congrats! I forget about the blog. Lol I just thought Narnanz was happy for you to join the chit chat earlier. I learned something new!

Side note, I think Rust is my new Pony!! I bid on a slim satchel in Rust that ended yesterday. It started out low. I liked it, and figured I’d bid low for about $40 shipped because I really wanted the hang tag!:lol: So I bid about 30 min before the end of the auction and was the highest bidder. And then I thought, somebody please outbid me, I don’t want to be really spending 40 bucks on a hang tag.:lol: Just after my bid, I was outbid and glad for it.
It turns out the winning bid was around $65. I’m a nut. It’s official.

I totally feel you on rust! Speaking of this color, does anyone know if the original Rambler ever came in rust??? Probably not right? Sigh. I’ve been eyeing Ramblers...

I don’t know, quite possible. I see the Crescent, Duffle and Original Pouch crop up occasionally. But I would be hard pressed not to buy another bag if it was larger than the Slim Satchel and in decent shape for around $100. I’m not sure the planets will line up again for me :lol:
I do know they made the Shopping Bag styles in Rust as well as the tote with the open section in the middle and the two short handles!

The seller has another vintage coach listed for $145 BIN price. My suspicion is they made a new account and bid $95 because they were worried the auction would end lower than that. It forced the $96 person to show their max bid early hence the price jump from $30. I noticed in the few auctions Ive participated in, if 1 person puts their max bid at $50 and another puts it at $51 but the current bid is $12, the auction will jump to the highest bid so it shows $50 then $51 since someone else’s max bid outbid the other max bid. Yea I was only watching cause I want a bag in putty but I can just wait for something else to show up now lol

I hate auctions with a purple passion and 99.99% of the time I skip them. It's this kind of horse piss that is the reason too.

Ha ha! That's what I thought too at first. I was thinking, why is Narnanz so glad I'm chatting tonight? I could not figure it out. I felt really special for a little while but I have to put my pedestal back in the garage now I guess. Oh well.

I am so with you on the rust! Especially with fall coming up. When I was plotting purchasing my rust Courier, my eyes would glaze over as I imagined myself carrying my rust Courier while walking through the fall leaves drinking a pumpkin spice coffee while wearing a sweater and boots with special boot socks.... I am in love with that color. Of course, now that we're talking about it, prices are going to skyrocket.

ETA: could you imagine a Pony in rust?? Talk about a Holy Grail.

I bought a bleeker tote this week but the seller found a flaw and cancelled the order. Then I won an auction yesterday and there was no mention of any tears but when I zoomed in on the pictures today, there’s literally a hole on the back. I messaged the seller to cancel the order but Im scared they’re gonna try to fight my claim and ship the bag anyways. Not a good week for bag buying lol

My apologies for any seeing this now! No major food allergies that I am aware of. Just too much cheese wreaks havoc on me the next day. #perksofaging
