I need help ladies,
So lately I’ve been feeling like I need to add few pendants. I think I might be a pendant person but this bugs me because I don’t want to have tons of pendants because that money could go towards something more substantial like another mto 10 motif. The issue is that I’ve only worn my 10 motif one time since I got it last year. My two pendants I tend to pop on to tie together my wrist stacks. Maybe the answer is to get a pave pendant?
I wear my RG pave pendant to work and for going out. It's dressy enough for nights and suitable for work. This was the pendant that really satiated me. It's also great for layering. I'm really happy I got this.

Hi! I'm going to go against the grain and suggest you skip a pendant. Why?
Because... I don't think you're really a pendant person. Most people who wear pendants wear one all the time, with everything. For pendant people, it's their look. However, it seems you have to force yourself to wear one.

Also, I recall you like alot of bling & presence in your pieces; hence, I think a pendant will not do the trick. For your look, I think a pendant is too soft & gentle, a bit lost. I also think pendants often land at the wrong spot and often competes with a round neckline, so think what type of outfits you wear.

I also would not get another 10... same reason. I just don't think you're a short necklace person. Otherwise, you would be wearing it already.

For me, I'm not a short necklace (or pendant) person at all. My preferred necklaces are long, such as a 20 motif. If you might possibly like a 20, I think it would go fabulous with your bracelets.

But...
I assume you are not a 20 motif person. Hence, I would get some earrings to match your bracelets.
I would get the VA pave earrings. It will make a gorgeous set with your Perlee bangle and other VA pieces.
The VA pave earrings are not my favorite... too much metal, and I don't like the dot in the center.
But... these earrings go perfectly with your bracelets. I especially love it with the Clover. It will be a great look that ties your face and wrist together.

Also...
There is beauty with just nice earrings and a clean, open neckline, free of pendants. The earrings frame the face, so the eye sees the beautiful earrings, your face, then then eye moves down to the hollow of the neck, to see glowy, well moisturized skin. It's a lovely look. One does not always need to bling out every part of the body to look glamorous. It's how one ties the pieces together, vs throwing on more stuff.

On the pave pendant...
For what it's worth, to me, a giant magic pave short pendant is a bit too logo-y, especially with all your other VA pieces. The look now screams "I'm trying to flash all my VA pieces". This is especially since there is now a giant logo on your chest along with your stack. The look of coordinated pieces becomes a bit lost with a Magic pendant. The VA pave earrings looks much better as a sophisticated matched set with your stack. That said, if the intent is to scream "look at all my VA", then the magic pendant on your chest will certainly do that. It's all preference as to what look you want to achieve.

Just my two cents, and I hope this was helpful in your decision. Good luck!

Hi! Yes, I did! I wear a 52 in Frivole BTF and a 53 in the butterfly BTF. This is because the Frivole BTF has a more open gap, while the butterfly BTF more like a full circle ring. Hence, the butterfly BTF is less forgiving. I wear a 53 in the Lotus ring which is a full circle.

I did a post to explain the sizing difference and posted photos of the gap opening to explain (re-reading it... it's kind of a long drawn out explanation, sorry  ). Here is the link in case it might help.

As FYI, I really like the butterfly BTF ring, much more than I thought I would. It's dainty and whimsical, so I wear it with fun clothing. I also wear a bolder bracelet(s) on my wrist to give it a bit more pizazz.

Hope this help, and congratulations on your soon to be butterfly ring!
Thank you, @BigAkoya ! I tried searching previous posts for an answer but the one you linked didn’t come up. I recently purchased the Frivole WG Pave Between the Finger ring to celebrate a milestone birthday I will celebrate in September. The sizing challenge for me was my knuckle, which is noticeably larger on my right (dominant) hand than my left hand. The Frivole ring clears my knuckle and moves around a fair amount on my finger. It’s worth it! Seeing the photos you included helped me see that I will need a size larger for the Two Butterfly ring.

I initially ordered the Two Butterfly ring in a smaller size, in part based on the recommendation of my SA. It fit the ring finger on my left hand, which gave me the chance to see how it would look on my hand. I agree that it is whimsical and daintier than the Frivole. I still love it. There isn’t my size in stock so I’ve placed an order. Now the wait begins!

I'm glad it helped. My rings are worn loose also. My rings flop to the side when I wear them, and if I really tried hard enough, I could flick them off. But honestly, who tries that hard to flick a ring off (well, I do, but only when playing around with my rings)? Also, because of the way the rings are designed, they are not going to come off. It's not like a simple round metal circle like a wedding band. These rings have weight and are unbalanced.

In the absence of ring size fit perfection (which rarely happens)...
I think you made a good decision to wear the ring a bit looser. I personally think rings worn too tight give the "sausage finger" look, which is not a great look. Rings worn a bit loose give the "my fingers are so skinny, my rings are flopping" cool girl look, which is the look I prefer.

Congratulations on your Frivole WG Pave BTF ring! I am sure you love it. That ring sparkles like mad, and the design is just stuning. It's my favorite BTF ring. It's also very different than the butterfly BTF ring, so I'm sure you will get a lot of wear from both.

I'm not sure if you already have them, and if not... I see Frivole WG pave earrings in your future! :heart:You can wear these earrings with both rings.

I had to order my yellow sapphire butterfly BTF ring as well. They only had the pink sapphire in my size, so I was able to try it on to confirm my size. To be 100% sure of your size, maybe see if your SA has the pink sapphire or the all diamond butterfly BTF ring in the size you need. That will save you time so you know your size and to avoid having to order yet another different size.

Happy Birthday and congratulations again on your soon to be butterfly ring!

As always you break things down perfectly and with such insight. I am not a necklace person at all and I have to force myself to wear anything on my neck. Most of the time my neck is bare. I love love the look of the twenty on others however it hangs off cliff on me. I never considered the pave earrings because I live in my diamond studs and the two pairs of VCA earrings I own I have never worn. These might be great alternative and the connector piece that I need to go with everything. You right I definitely don’t want be the walking VCA logo poster girl lol. I will add these earrings to the list to try. Why oh why can’t everything be as easy as bracelets for me.

Great minds think alike, @BigAkoya ! I first saw the small Frivole WG pave earrings three years ago and compared every pair of WG/diamond earrings to them thereafter. I added them to my collection early last year! The Between the Finger ring had been on my mind for just as long. When I was in my boutique last month to drop off earrings for adjustment they had the ring. In my size. When does that ever happen? It was meant to be . . .

I also have the larger size of the Two Butterfly coming in to try on. It’s a different mix of stones/metal (Turquoise/YG) and I’ve been very clear that it’s not to purchase. Thankfully, no one has balked. I’m glad Turquoise isn’t on my playlist, otherwise I might be tempted to keep the ring. : - )

What would you guys do? I am having a happy dilemma.

This year, I am coming up a special occasion — Our 10 year anniversary. I can get the 10 motif (hammered gold, TE or onyx) which was the only thing left in my Alhambra wishlist (for now lol). Or, I could get a tennis bracelet or an eternity band with larger diamonds for my right ring finger.

1. 10 motif: only piece I have left in Alhambra wishlist and this would be my first and only 10 motif. I think I’d want the TE 10 motif the most, but the onyx 10 motif wowed me so I am torn… and hammered gold (if I can pre-order) would be so low maintenance. Would not wear everyday, but if I don’t get it this year I will get it in the future.

2. Tennis bracelet or eternity band: I would pretty much wear it everyday

I plan on eventually adding whichever pieces I don’t get this time around. My lifestyle is pretty casual. And with a toddler and a newborn on the way, I’d definitely wear the 10 motif the least, but again I plan on getting it one day if not this time around.
Prioritize the 10 motif, in particular the TE if you can get one. Diamonds are no big deal these days unless you’re looking for super ideal cut earth mined diamonds. And those are quite available if you’re willing to pay the price. TE 10 motif first and diamonds will be around. Besides it will be your only 10 motif.

Hello I have the hammered gold YG 10 motif and wear it quite often (every week 1-2 days). Love that so easy to wear and keep it 24/7 few days … I never saw the TE but love the earrings so would recommend the TE 10 motif otherwise if you prefer a stone. Have fun choosing and trying pieces ☺️

Hi all, I need help and hope this is the right place to post! I didn’t store my sweet mop vca earrings backing with the studs and threw it in my jewellery box with my other earrings. Now I’m confuse as to which earring backing belongs to the vca sweet mop? Anyone able to advice please?View attachment 6021703

Hammered gold ten motif. Low maintenance. Classic. Easy to wear :)
Happy anniversary

Help please! Treating myself to a VCA bracelet…hooray!

On my right wrist, I wear an Apple watch (or my Cartier Tank) with a small YG JUC, small WG Love and a tennis bracelet. I have worn my VCA Lotus bracelet on this wrist before the YG JUC but it felt too dainty to stack…I will sometimes wear the Lotus alone on my left wrist.

The Dilemma: I’ve been eyeing the addition of a RG Sweet Alhambra 6 motif bracelet to my right OR the WG Sweet Alhambra 1 motif to my left. Thinking the 1 motif would pair well with my Lotus and motivate me to wear it regularly. I also wear the WG Sweet pendant.

Question #1: Is that waaay too much mixed metal? Or a visually unappealing stack? I do prefer Sweet over Vintage because I worry Vintage will look too big for my stack (I’d add the WG MOP if it would work). And my wallet already told me no about spending over $5,000 (trust me, I asked 3 times, no budging) so no WG Sweet 6 motif this time!

Question #2: Do you think the Lotus and 1 motif would get twisted together? The Lotus is lovely but I do worry about catching it on things!

My lovely SA says it will be a wait (sigh) for the RG 6 motif. I could get the WG 1 motif immediately. What’s a gal to do?

My vote is for the RG 6 motif.

The single motif isn't really substantial, and will rotate around so much, as the motif is even lighter than your Lotus. That would drive me crazy. I tried on the single motif bracelet before pulling the trigger on the 6 motif, and it's honestly no comparison, for me.

You’re so right, I didn’t factor in how light the 1 motif would be, I was hoping it might help anchor the Lotus…maybe I move the tennis or Love to my left!
