Hi all, I need help and hope this is the right place to post! I didn’t store my sweet mop vca earrings backing with the studs and threw it in my jewellery box with my other earrings. Now I’m confuse as to which earring backing belongs to the vca sweet mop? Anyone able to advice please?

Hi,Hi, I wanted to ask for opinions and advise. I just impulse purchased a white gold gullioche bracelet. I was inquiring about a few pieces over the phone and this one came up as available and I bought it. I ordered it to be delivered to the boutique for me to try on and potentially exchange/ return. So here are my thoughts and doubts... I love the design and I definitely wanted a vintage alhambra bracelet, but I'm not sure if I need another bracelet now and if it should be in white gold. I am also considering onyx, hammered gold or YG gullioche. I'm not sure WG is going to work with my other pieces. And I'm not sure it's going to work with a piece that I'm planning to purchase next for daily wear. Also, I'm not sure if this bracelet is wearable for everyday, especially since I never take my regular YG Love off. If you have it, is it comfortable for everyday? Do you stack it? Does it look nice stacked with YG? I know that guilloche scratches easily and I don't really mind the scratches on my jewelry pieces as long as it still looks nice. The love bracelet, for example, looks great to me with a ton of scratches. Does gullioche still look good when it's all scratched up?.... My other thoughts, I don't wear WG often, but maybe with the WG bracelet it'd make me wear my other WG pieces more. For more formal outings like weddings or receptions, I prefer white gold and I'm missing a bracelet for those occasions. And lastly, I love love love the vintage alhambra design in WG gullioche! Please help me bring some structure to the mess in my head lol

C de Cartier RG diamond necklace - planning to purchase for daily wear, as something I can swim in, travel, shower etc., basically to never take it off, like the Love bracelet. I'm thinking maybe I should get the RG hammered bracelet to kind of tie my YG bracelet stack to this RG necklace.
YG, RG and black gold rings - I wear rings only for dinners etc.
WG Dior rose de vents necklace - considering to sell because I don't wear it much
WG Dior rose de vents studs - wear daily, but considering to sell because I'm planning to buy RG instead to work with the C de Cartier RG necklace.
WG sweet Alhambra turquoise earrings - considering to sell, I don't love them on myself
WG Carrera y Carrera necklace - love it, but I don't wear it often

Based on your current collection I would recommend the yg mop bracelet over the onyx as it will complete your set. The onyx would still be the odd piece out very similar to the wg gullioche. Also I would caution you with RG hammered if your planning to mix with your yg bracelets as solid copper is very coopery looking imo and doesn’t match well with Cartier love.

I agree with you, I tried on the RG necklace recently and noticed that it looked too copper next to my YG Love, I didn't like that combo even with the necklace that's quite distanced from the wrist. However, I did see some photos on this forum of the RG 6 motif paired with the love bracelet and it looked nice. I think I'll just wait to for the 6 motif bracelet to come in and try it on.
I actually saw the MOP bracelet yesterday at the boutique, when I went to try on and return (thanks to the advice on this forum) the WG gullioche. MOP is beautiful, but I didn't really like it on my wrist, I think it blended to much with my skin tone. I loved the WG gullioche! The WG doesn't go with my current daily wear collection, but I think I'll get it later for special occasions, because I loved the piece!

I’m a fan of mixed metals and I am waiting on this exact bracelet to be delivered tomorrow. I like it paired with the love on you over the mop. I will model some looks once I get in my possession
How does everyone feel about mixing rose and yellow gold? My current stack is yellow gold, but the VCA piece I’m interested in only available in RG and they won’t have any YG available. I’m so torn.
RG and YG tend to blend in with each other. The color variation is not so significant you would able to enjoy wearing them together
Makes sense, thanks for your input! Surprisingly I like the VCA rose gold but I never considered RG jewelry until now. I noticed VCA looks more pink next to YG Cartier jewelry.
I have 24 hrs to decide, hopefully I’ll make up my mind soon haha.
I'm not against mixing metals, but not sure about YG and truly PG (as opposed to Cartier's softer pink gold). I recently tried on a very pink gold piece and didn't like how it looked next to my YG Love bracelet. I'm currently waiting for my VCA PG 6 motif order to try it on with YG. I personally don't like mixing more than two colors of metal though, but I rarely wear WG, so RG mixed with YG might work for me.
I am a firm proponent of mixing metals. My regular stack consists of the RG Sweet Alhambra 6-motif bracelet with the YG Vintage Alhambra 5-motif Onyx bracelet. Previously, I used to stack the RG Sweet with my YG Cartier Small Love.
