So my vca collection are as follows:
YG MOP bracelet, necklace and earrings
YG guilloche bracelet, necklace and earrings
Blue agate 5 motif
Large friviole earrings.
So my question is should I sell my YG mop set (too many people are wearing it, harder to take care, lots of fake) and get 10 motif blue agate or
Sweet perlee or
Very Large frivole clip pendant necklace or
White Gold guilloche set
Or use the money to save up for regular perlee or
Just keep the YG MOP set?

I don’t think it’s possible to predict what will become popular, or what your daughter will like, so I would just buy/keep whatever you love best. Blue agate may become popular, your daughter might not like jewelry, who knows. Just buy & enjoy what you love for yourself
The yg mop 10 motif is a classic and goes with everything. I would not worry about fakes out there, the real deal has a distinct gold color and just looks better. If you know, you know. Enjoy your pieces, connect them together to create interesting variations and have fun. Yg guilloche and yg mop look great together!

I am a neutrals girl so if I had to choose one it would be MOP. If I could have two, I would choose MOP and either onyx or blue agate.
Hi, I wanted to ask for opinions and advise. I just impulse purchased a white gold gullioche bracelet. I was inquiring about a few pieces over the phone and this one came up as available and I bought it. I ordered it to be delivered to the boutique for me to try on and potentially exchange/ return. So here are my thoughts and doubts... I love the design and I definitely wanted a vintage alhambra bracelet, but I'm not sure if I need another bracelet now and if it should be in white gold. I am also considering onyx, hammered gold or YG gullioche. I'm not sure WG is going to work with my other pieces. And I'm not sure it's going to work with a piece that I'm planning to purchase next for daily wear. Also, I'm not sure if this bracelet is wearable for everyday, especially since I never take my regular YG Love off. If you have it, is it comfortable for everyday? Do you stack it? Does it look nice stacked with YG? I know that guilloche scratches easily and I don't really mind the scratches on my jewelry pieces as long as it still looks nice. The love bracelet, for example, looks great to me with a ton of scratches. Does gullioche still look good when it's all scratched up?.... My other thoughts, I don't wear WG often, but maybe with the WG bracelet it'd make me wear my other WG pieces more. For more formal outings like weddings or receptions, I prefer white gold and I'm missing a bracelet for those occasions. And lastly, I love love love the vintage alhambra design in WG gullioche! Please help me bring some structure to the mess in my head lol

From your list commentary, it seems like you are already considering selling the WG pieces you already have that you don't love on yourself. I don't think getting a bracelet to force yourself to use other pieces is a good idea. A piece of jewellery should spark joy and especially with a new purchase, should be something you want to wear as often as possible without having to do mental somersaults to make it fit.
You've mentioned that the bracelet will not go with another piece that you're planning to buy for daily wear. Is the bracelet purchased for daily wear, or really, are you planning to use it only for special occasions?
The two WG pieces that you do love but don't wear often enough can be worn on their own for special occasions, and to me, if you wanted to get a WG piece to go with that for weddings and other formal occasions, you could always get a diamond tennis bracelet to match with those pieces.
The beauty of a diamond tennis bracelet to me, is that it will always go with all of your other pieces, be it WG/YG/RG, and you'd be able to get much more use out of that rather than sinking all these funds into a WG VCA bracelet that will only really be trotted out for such occasions.
Also, the bonus of a diamond tennis bracelet is that you probably don't have to spend as much on a designer version, as the focus is on the stones, not the inherent design of the bracelet.
Consequently, I would exchange the WG Guilloche for another 5-motif. If you wanted to get a 5-motif that can work for daily wear, I highly recommend the hammered gold, or the Onyx. I recently purchased the Onyx, and I absolutely adore it, and wear it everyday. My other daily VCA piece is the RG hammered 6-motif sweet Alhambra bracelet, which again, is so hard-wearing, that I never take it off.
I am a firm proponent of mixing metals, and have no qualms doing it, BUT, I do think the WG Guilloche looks very very white, so I think would be rather stark if you wanted to stack it with your other pieces. Added to that, the Guilloche pattern is a dust and scratch magnet, so I think if you like that design, for daily use, a necklace or earrings would be a better bet.

Thank you for your recommendations on the Onyx and RG 6 motif, I really like both of them! I actually pre-ordered the RG 6-motif a few weeks ago and I am very much looking forward to trying it on, but my SA was not able to provide any timeline for when it'd come in. Do you wear your Onyx and RG 6 motifs stacked together or with any other bracelets? If you were to chose only one, which one would you get?

I initially thought I would only wear them individually, but I love wearing them together! With the different sized motifs, I think they lay quite well together.
I’ve included a few shots to give you an idea of how I wear the two bracelets together. I do also wear the two of them with other bracelets between them.
You can’t ask me to choose between the two of them! I love them both in their own unique way. But I loved that it is rarer to see the 6-motif bracelet, and as an everyday bracelet, the smaller size stacks really well with other bracelets.
But, now that I have both, I can’t imagine not having one or the other. LOL!

CloverI have accomplished the task of deciding what I want my idea stack to bebig accomplishment! But, this is going to be a slow burn for me. Probably need to wait a year between purchases. Which would you choose for my second piece? I own the YG/Diamond 5 motif already.
