Secondly, I have always wanted to add the lapis butterfly earrings and two butterfly ring to my collection and that’s what I’ve had my eye on forever.

But….the more I look at these turquoise earrings, the more I drool….should I get turquoise earrings now and wait to add lapis OR just stick to my initial thought which was to just add lapis only in this collection?

For those who have had a chance to see the turquoise in person, I would love your thoughts especially!!

If you can't stop thinking about it, get the turquoise now. The collection is very limited. They will sell out and be gone. You can add the lapis pair later but don't wait too long.
If you buy the turquoise, it will make four pair of earrings--1) the all-yellow gold pave, 2) the turquoise & lapis, 3) the turquoise/YG Pave and, 4) the lapis/YG pave. It will be wonderful!

Oh… the lapis… I say you better jump on it. As you know, VCA cancelled my lapis ring order and refunded me. They said they could not make my ring in lapis.

I think you’ll be able to find the turquoise for a while if you need a bit more time. Lapis I don’t think will be the case. I think it’s getting near impossible to order new pieces. Ask your SA as a test to be sure. If anyone can get a lapis set, it will be you.

Personally, for me, turquoise and the Alhambra motif is the bomb!

For a butterfly theme, I think the lapis and butterflies are stunning.

Or if a butterfly set is now what you want vs. a specific stone, I think the pink or yellow sapphire are great options to look. Sparkly and colorful.

Yes I started with and still do collect alhambra....And I do have pink and yellow sapphire butterflies which I also love. Lapis seems dark on me but I thought the butterfly might go nicely with lapis rose Noel- a kind of flora and fauna mix

Surfer - did you buy one sapphire after buying the other set? Ie buy the yellow after buying pink set? Or do you have both sets?

For the women on this forum who own both lapis and turquoise BTF rings, do you feel like they’re somewhat redundant pieces in your wardrobe? For some reason i think this is less of an issue with the earrings…
