Oh is that the Rosa Polvere pink? I’m jealous, I wanted to get that but can’t find it anywhere online anymore.

Gorgeous choices!
Have you tried the automated assistant on the Valextra website? They might help track the colour you want. Also, FYI, Valextra will do special orders.
Good luck in your search!

Oh reeeeally? Like in the sense of, they’ll do an order in a color they had recently or currently? Or like they have a ton of color options that you could pick from?
Yes, reeeeally. LOL. As a luxury brand, Valextra has options for customer service you won’t find with contemporary brands.
I‘d suggest chatting with the assistant to see if they could source what you’re looking for. I don’t think they have colour options other than their normal range, i.e., they won’t do a custom dye lot especially for you, but you could always ask. I’ve used their custom order process for an exotic skin bag, and was well satisfied.

Oh for sure - definitely aware that they are a luxury brand as opposed to contemporary but not all luxury brands necessarily do made to order, and I just didn’t realize that Valextra did. Thank you for bringing that to my attention! It is going to be very dangerous for me hahaha.

A bag organizer might distribute weight more evenly, but the bag still might sag if you regularly carry heavier objects such as water bottle, book, folding umbrella, etc. To give you an idea, today in my MM Iside I’m carrying a phone, key case, small wallet that includes a coin purse, lipstick, comb, small hand cream, tissue pack, eyeglasses in hard case, and various bits such as mints, hand sanitizer, a fan, a folding reusable bag, and a pen case, with no sag at all, and room to spare for a shawl. Good luck!
All this in an MM? Wow!

Hi! I am getting ready to purchase my first ever luxury handbag, and absolutely love the Valextra isdie crossbody (still trying to decide between black and oyster color ways). I have been researching for a long time for my first big purchase, and love the brand history, quality, and classic + minimalist style of Valextra bags, but am having a hard time finding any info online abut how well Velaextra stands behind their bags. Does anyone know if they have a specific quality guarantee, or does anyone have experience working with them if you ever had an issue? I’m planning to purchase in their flagship Milan store on an upcoming trip and file for a VAT refund, if anyone has been there and has intel to share that would also be much appreciated!

I purchased my first Valextra bag - a mini Iside - in 2016, and now have a total of 6 bags from the brand. They’re addictive! Each bag is heat stamped on the interior with identification of the artisan who made the bag. I was told at time of purchase if ever there is a problem, the bag will be repaired by the original artisan. To date I’ve not had any issues with my Valextras., and they are holding up well.
Hope this helps to reassure you about the quality of Valextra. Enjoy your shopping experience in Milan!

I still haven't seen one IRL. The way some of you talk, I wonder why I traveled so far down the LV/Gucci/etc road. Maybe I should have gone Velextra/Dalvaux this whole time.

But then, I do love my Speedy's.

As the saying goes, buy only what you love.
Delvaux and Valextra are a whole different vibe from LV and Gucci: superb craftsmanship, under-the-radar luxury handbags.

Yes, of course. I have spent my of my life dogmatically avoiding wearing any obvious label. I never wanted to be a billboard. Coach didn't seem to count. Then, I discover luxury bags and was converted because of the quality. I changed my billboard policy. D&V are a whole different vibe, yes, and honestly are more of what appeals to my truest self. I've been eyeing a few, but should sell off some of what I have first.

I also love Tod's and BV. Beautiful and under the radar.

But, I suspect, I'll always have a Speedy. So dang light and useful.

I love my iside in oyster. Very versatile color that goes with anything.

Not only Valextra bags are beautiful, they’re well built as well. I carried them through a storm soaked in a rain & snowed on as well. Still stayed perfect after just wiping. They’re still on the cheaper price point compare to Delvaux but may not be too long as people starting to notice the brand.

So I decided to treat myself to a Fall gift:biggrin:

I bought the Valextra classic wallet in an older model in Forest Green.

As to be expected from Valextra, the quality is simply divine, and excellently made(from my own amateur point of view!).

I was in need of a slimmer simple wallet that didn't include a coin purse. These days, I don't need anything beyond a couple of credit cards when I go out.
