Did you package get damaged and repackaged? That looks like the boxes they use to repackage damaged boxes! What did your label look like?
The reason I ask is because an item I ordered (not from LV) was damaged in transport and they repackaged it in a cheap flimsy box like that and the label was not the original label from the company.

The small box is what my mini pochette DA came in - secure box that they would need to pull the perforated tab to steal it. I ordered a mini pochette DE, and it came in the bigger box (why is it so big????) I don't think they repackaged my box because it says Louis Vuitton on it. At first I thought someone stole it from the bottom, but now I'm thinking they could've slid their hand through the side, push down on one of the side flaps and pull the box out. Super easy to steal from the big box even if the top perforated tab is sealed, because it's easily "stretched" from the side if that makes any sense lol. I plan on shipping to the store from now on.

Wow the bottom of the larger box is not secure. I’m surprised they use that type of box for shipping all the boxes use to be similar to the smaller one pictured.
I always ship to store now because I hated missing the delivery and then sitting and waiting for it the next day (it was too stressful - checking constantly for updates). It’s actually nice going into pick up the item and getting the same service as if I purchased in store.

I'm sorry that happened to you. I called UPS, and LV CS and it was resolved in about a week. Got my full refund back from LV.

Did you order something small/was your package damaged? Do you have a store close by you can ship it too for future purchases?

LV said that UPS would have to investigate and that it takes up to 14 days. I noticed the package was tempered with so I made sure to record it. It was a Pochette Accesories. I had another package delivered from LV at the same time, but that one was fine. So upsetting!

That's what LV told me too, but surprisingly it didn't take as long. I was expecting it to take more than 14 days. I know how frustrating it is, because the PA is such a hard to find item. You'll at least get a refund back, just hang in there!

Back In January I ordered a bag from Nordies and had them ship it to me and it was suppose to get delivered on Jan 17th (I think) anyways a week past and I finally realized my bag hasn’t been delivered and so I checked the tracking and I felt my heart drop to the floor when I noticed it was delivered and signed by someone who isn’t me and isn’t anyone in my household. I called nordies many times and after about 2 weeks I get a refund back ok my card. Ups called a week later to do an interview for their investigation. The lady started to be like well the scan shows they were 10 feet within your house when it was marked delivered we have new technology that shows us where it was delivered. And that they were checking the signatures of prior packages delivered to me to compare signatures. And was saying how she doesn’t think that someone else would keep it if it was accidentally delivered to them. I’m like you can’t be so sure of that.

I'm recording all the boxes I am getting from UPS/FED ex or anyone . It's just downright scary, I records the box on the outside to see if it's been tampered with, then I record myself opening it.

If you cannot have the package shipped to a store, then this is probably your next best option. It is terrible we have to think this way. The world we live in. I can tell you from my own experience that there is no love between UPS and LV- they both blame the other when there are mishaps/irregularities/losses.

I’ve had a pretty bad hiccup with UPS and LV (not an empty package but a lost package which ended up returning to warehouse 6 weeks later) so yep, I know. :(

UPS refuses to hold LV shipments at their customer service centers too- this is system-wide. UPS will make 3 attempts at delivery- if you cannot receive the shipment at home or work, UPS will automatically send it back to NJ distribution center. I had the worst time with the LV X LoL collection- LV online would only ship to me, not to a store. So I had to make special arrangements at work. Never again. And all I got from UPS was bad-mouthing LV when I asked why they could not just hold the items for pick-up. Geez-us, you can hold for pick up stupid stuff from Amazon but not LV. UPS maintains LV is fraudulent.
