Maybe that would allow some kind of recourse if they've defaulted on that..

Ok....so Vatche doesn't deal w/ consumers, only jewellers?? But Vatche DOES set the ring themselves, yes?

Thats exactly what I got. We cannot speak to people outside of the trade.That's so annoying. The makers of my ring were the same way. I called them to try and find out if their setting does or does not have milgraining, so I could find out if my jeweler was lying to me or not. They wouldn't even talk to me. Wouldn't even tell me that insignificant piece of information. They said my jeweler would have to call them. I said my jeweler was in question so that would be pointless.
