Hello,

I'm currently on holiday and was wondering if anybody could tell me the price of the black quilted lamb skin loafers in the UK? I have seen them at Dubai international airport and fallen in love with them but trying to decide whether they will be cheaper to purchase in the UK and whether availability is likely? Many thanks in advance! :-)

Hi ladies. I am new to this group but planning trip to Manchester at end if November to get my dream bag I hope. Any hints or tips. I am after old size medium boy in caviar with rhw. What are my chances of getting this? Shall I email in advance etc????? Help

I know a few people who are trying to get any kind of Boy bag in caviar and Manchester and the rest of the UK definetly do not have any and this has been the case for a while now. Maybe the end of November will be different so maybe check around then. As for now I have been told several times if they have any Boy available it is usually lamb skin. IMO the lamb boy is much nicer so maybe try one of those first? Good luck!

Thank uou for that. Isn't caviar more hardwearing though? I have no clue and didn't realise how hard it was to find a boy chevron....Yhanks again

It is more durable however I always justify lamb skin by telling myself this isn't going to be one and only Chanel, I would not use it every day and also the polishing cloth the bags come with can be used to remove any slight surface scuff marks. I also find unfragranced baby wipes are good to polish lamb skin.

Many ladies here are bothered by lamb and have these horror stories that friends have given them over the years.... Lamb skin is perfectly fine! It is certainly more luxurious than caviar leather and looks more refined IMO. Good luck hunting though!

Also the baby wipe tip works really well! I just remove any excess moisture with a tissue after and voila! It works every time! Always store your handbag correctly as well, so avoid leaving e chain or strap sitting on top of the bag always make sure there is a protective layer of either paper or felt. Another tip is be careful of long nails especially the cheap looking talons that some of the girls wear these days. Diamonds are also something to be mindful, any rocks sticking out of rings or bracelets may catch on the leather so always be careful!!
