I am 37.5 in VP, 38.5 in Decollete and Lapono and 38 in Pigalle 100. I think 38 is my TTS in CLs.
I took those in 37, its one whole size smaller and they fit like a glove (I even have slight heel slippage, but the toebox was kinda tight).
So my advice is to go the whole size down from your CL size!
