I have bought a couple scarves from TRR and never had any issues — they arrived nicely folded and without issues. I will say the photos are generally not enough to authenticate, but I have a lot of faith in AmEx if I need to do a chargeback due to authenticity issues.

I also bought a Massai from them, similarly no issues, but once again, there could be condition issues not shown in photos, so I would be prepared to know you might need to send the item back. It is indeed extremely annoying. Everyone I know who had to return an item (even an ‘unrefundable’ one) due to an undisclosed issue was able to do so easily.

Hi everyone!

Hermes newbie here. I’m looking for a small bag that can be a crossbody for classic, everyday use.

I have a Evelyn PM it’s slightly larger than my ideal size, so I’m looking at Jypsiere 28.

I looked it up on TRR and there are a couple of really options there but I’m also scared that it’s too good to be true, so I’d like to hear your opinions & experiences if anyone has purchased Hermes on TRR.

I did not buy Hermès from Real Real. I noticed that they don’t show photos of blind stamp and often do not list the year. I would want to know the year of a bag if I were to pay thousands for it.
Among small bags, I love Plume. It is perfect, in my opinion - beautiful, holds surprisingly a lot, compact and does not overpower. I think it is great for every day or going out.

Just want to share my very BAD experience on REBELLE.COM, luxury item marketplace.
I sold gorgeous Kelly Cut Hermès overthere, and they were unable to authenticate it, a bag bought in the brand store. So they shipped it back to me, but forgot to join the papers back. Since then, they are unable to find them, and have no solution, of course ! Totally unacceptable !
Since then, I checked on their website and saw 2 fake Hermès scarves !
Conclusion: this market place is incompetent, and it seems they are not taking care at all with the items they receive !
I advise not to buy on this site because the expertise and the service are not worthy of a site of sale of luxury items

Just want to share my very BAD experience on REBELLE.COM, luxury item marketplace.

I have stopped buying from them because I have noticed that they put way too high so-called “retail prices” on Hermes bags. E.g. a Hermes Picotin has a retail price of ca. 7650 EUR according to Rebelle. In reality the price for a new Picotin including the glass(es) of champagne they will serve you at the Hermes boutique is around 2000 and 2500 EUR depending on the size and special feature. At Rebelle there are sellers who are selling this bag for 3000 and even 4000 EUR USED and the Rebelle website still claims that you are SAVING money vs. the retail price while in reality you are paying MORE. I find this practice extremely mis-leading for potential buyers who may trust Rebelle’s expertise.
I have pointed out that issue to Rebelle more than once for various Hermes bags since November. They blame it on sellers providing incorrect information. I slowly get the impression that they have no interest in correcting what I originally believed an “oversight”.
I do not trust them to be able to authenticate an Hermes handbag if they are not even able to look up the correct retail price in the Hermes online shop.

I’d like to share my very good experience with Finklepuff instagram seller. She has an amazing selection and pricing in line or better/cheaper than most others.
I got from her a B35 in black togo phw like new condition (worn but with all protective stickers and no real signs of wear) with the original receipt, below EU retail.
I just ordered another brand new SO from her. In both cases I did authentication trough Bababebi.
She was nice to work with, responded to my messages super fast and everything went smooth.
I read before that she doesn’t have the bags with her when she advertises, and this seem correct. After paying the deposit, she gets them, does the inspection and only then you pay the full amount. Frankly, I have no issue with this approach. It’s probably also a reason why she can have such good prices - no need to manage a huge stock.

I’d like to share my very good experience with Finklepuff instagram seller. She has an amazing selection and pricing in line or better/cheaper than most others.

Also Singapore based and also present on Instagram is my preferred Hermes reseller Luxlexicon.
They also have a real life store in the Singapore Centerpoint Mall on Orchard Road. I love shopping there, so many Hermes bags to look at and to try out. They will provide gloves for you if you wish to try the bags. To me going there looking at all these beautiful bags is always one of the highlights of my Singapore trips.
I think that their pricing is quite good, too. But see for yourself on Instagram.

I like luxlexicon too because they have a physical store and the staff there are friendly. I find their prices for small bags and premium colors quite high but still cheaper than Finklepuff’s - I don’t buy her tag line of ‘cheapest in the world’ at all.
