Dear P

Spiffy post dear P - I knew you deserved the Petrus.

Very pleased this issue has now been resolved.

Yikes, this is getting from bad to worse.
I bought a Jypsiere 28 Pink from Eric Rogers at Uber-Luxe last summer and didn't get it authenticated but thought he was one of the "good ones" because of posts I had read. Does anyone know if he sells real or fake, since I am not sure in what direction I should be going now that I saw these posts. I am hoping that my bag is authentic. I never had any crazy emails from Eric or any bad experiences, but now am getting a little nervous, so if anyone has knowledge of what they purchased from him is authentic, I would appreciate hearing back. Thanks so much...

Recently completed good transactions with annsfabulousfinds, luxwear, and New York Fashion Expert. The items were exactly as described even better (as in affand arrived without undue delay.

Just concluded a transaction with mighty kismet. Asides from a slight delay in her response to my message, the transaction was impeccable. She was extremely courteous and went to great lengths to ensure I got my bag in record time. She also called to find out how I felt about the bag which I absolutely love!
She's a sweet lady and I will most certainly be shopping with her again.

As an aside I think I'd like to add that as much as there are disreputable sellers out there, one should also consider the fact that there would also be disreputable 'buyers' who may be out to defraud eBay sellers based on the paypal and eBay protection schemes.

The luxury goods Market is an attractive one and if some people feel that by making claims afterwards they can both keep the goods (due to 'no returns' policies) and get refunded then unscrupulous individuals can try to take advantage of this.

I guess it can be scary on both sides of 'the' transaction.

P.S my comments are just based on thoughts and experiences with the sellers and not in any way directed to any one. Just thought to share this with our lovely forum.:tpfrox:

Just had a fabulous experience buying a scarf from Nancy at Kaleidoplace. I was having trouble with my account and she responded quickly and put the scarf on hold for me until we could get things straightened out. I am now the proud owner of one of my grail scarves - Beloved India in the Anis/Rose Indien colorway. Couldn't be happier!

2-3 weeks ago, I had absolutely positive experience buying from Kaleidoplace, eboutique and Ann's Fabulous Finds!! Great communication and fast shipping!:tup::tup: It's so great to find trustworthy H online re-sellers. I will definitely buy from them again in the future... I just need to start saving again! Argh!! :D

has anyone had any recent experiences with mimiaction? From my searches on this forum, I see "he" has some mixed feedback on service but not on authenticity. But then if I look at toolhaus, I see negative comments about selling fakes (http://toolhaus.org/cgi-bin/negs?User=mimiaction&Dirn=Received+by&ref=home). I am about to decide whether to jump in or stay away as the seller seems to have some nice blue constance and box kellys (but then again they have been listed forever with no bids?). Any feedback very much appreciated

I have seen IRL quite a few Hermes bags bought from this seller. All authentic.
There was once a wrong item shipped, though. The issue was solved after a few days.

There have been several instances where this seller has been, shall we say, less than gracious when things went wrong. At these price points, I would expect much better customer service. I have also seen bags misrepresented in terms of dye being applied to bags, or non-Hermes service. In my opinion, there's more than authenticity to a good transaction - it's up to you to feel 100 per cent comfortable with a seller.
