This address is actually the office address for the Navali River Resort, Bangkok. This is a hotel office, and part of a hotel chain. The address in Paris is the address for a store selling eyeglasses, part of a chain. At the latter, someone might live upstairs. My confidence in these addresses is not strong.

Isn't it scary that thelombok the big time scam ebay seller had all my information, like my house address, phone number, email address & my account info, i remember i scanned to him the bank receipt of the wire payment i made with all my bank account info on it because he asked me before he can send the bag (as if)?
Now i am not only worry of the money that was lost but i am more worry because of all the info he got from me! I think he is a member of a big group of syndicate, mafia or whatever and they are scattered all over the world, Please help, i need your advice ladies!

Yes, me too. That's why I lodge a police report. But they are thinking is a small issue. I have a feelings this group is not simple, they are smart. It seems like no one in eBay bother or the bank.

Please remember a basic :
A transaction is an actual ebay transaction (eligible for protection) when a listing is either ended with a winning bidder, or ended by the seller to sell to the high bidder (and ebay can take the final value fees from that transaction).
Any other agrement that you can have with an ebay seller, is not an ebay transaction. If the seller did not close the auction after your bid, there is no ebay transaction. You are on your own, I am affraid.
Anyway I hope you get out of this nightmare soon.

thelombok is no longer a registered user. E-bay may have pulled their account or else she closed up shop in a hurry.
Thank you for posting this. In my enthusiasm I often forget these very important points.
I'm sorry there are unscrupulous sellers and people here got taken. I hope those who were victims of this person get your money back.
I think they closed shop after reading this.
