I had a bad experience of this ebay seller thelombok! I wired my payment last july 22 friday of this bag listing number 250856549071 a soleil kelly and until now have not received the bag and she still ask for offers. I already reported it to ebay and went to the bank to tried to hold my payment but it's too late and she already got the money. I emailed her so many times in ebay but she did'nt respond anymore! I am so worried, sad and helpless!

I'm so sorry birkin. I'm curious why you paid via wire vs pay pal? Especially for a seller with low feedback from Italy. I'm sending good vibes your way that it all works out for you!!
She told me that she would sell the bag to someone else if I didn't wire the money to her. I saw that there were many offers on the bag and I wanted to have it. She promised that she would sell it to me if I wired the money to her so I did. Now I've wired the money into her account and she won't reply to any of my emails. I've complained to ebay but they said there is nothing they could do because wire transfers are not covered. They offered to call her for me but I've been calling already to no avail. Right now she is still on ebay selling things and after all my complaints ebay is letting her. Ebay just told me to make a complain to econsumer.gov and said maybe they can help. They told me they can forward all our emails with thelombok to econsumer.gov but apparently thats all that they can do. She is a scammer.
I should have consulted and asked for advice from the members here before i made my move, I am a newbie in ebay and don't know that if i pay through wire i will not be protected, all i thought that all our conversations or emails between me and thelombok in ebay will serve as proof and they can help me in case there's something wrong happen with the transaction. I can't believe thelombok is still in ebay asking to make an offer with her hermes bags to scam another victim!
I had the same issue as birkin10600. I just reported her to Paypal, eBay, bank (helpless) and my local police. BEWARE as the item still listing in eBay and waiting to get more buyers.
OMG! I'm so sorry to hear that. I was actually talking to the same seller. She wouldn't stop emailing me and I found it fishy. She had a lot photos that's why I contacted her in the first place. I ended up decided on another bag (and still got tricked). These scammers.
OMG! That's scary! I'd actually asked about that Soleil Kelly in the authentication thread since I was obsessed with Soleil! I'm so sorry this happened to you, birkin10600! It's amazing that these people can prey on our wants like that and get away with it. Especially if it's across international lines...you'd think they'd be breaking some major laws and can be held accountable??
At least there might be a chance for you to maybe get reimbursed because I'm assuming you paid through paypal? I would think that you would be covered. At least I hope so for you. Me on the other hand it doesn't seem like there is much hope though I am still trying my best.

I don"t know the address. Yes please email me the address, it's a big help because i am going to my local police tomorrow morning, that's the advice of my bank to report it to the police.
