Thanks for your help for this info, Heatherlite. Yes i will write him a letter.
The people in ebay that received my complain are all useless, said if it's wire it has nothing to do with ebay and said it's outside transaction. But i told them all our conversation and emails were made all in ebay! how come you consider it outside transaction!

I know... I really wanted a bright yellow bag..... It's so sad eBay is still letting this person to trick more people...
OMG! That's scary! I'd actually asked about that Soleil Kelly in the authentication thread since I was obsessed with Soleil! I'm so sorry this happened to you, birkin10600! It's amazing that these people can prey on our wants like that and get away with it. Especially if it's across international lines...you'd think they'd be breaking some major laws and can be held accountable??

Maybe you guys can do a search using the name he gave you guys? Paying a small fee will get his information I think? Also you can do a recall for the wire with your bank. This way you might not get your money back, but I heard when too many fraud complaints are filed about a bank account, the bank will freeze the account and run a investigation. at least in USA is like that. Not sure about Europe tho... Or try to call his bank branch and report his fraud activity? Hope you guys can get your money back soon...

Yes, i already filed a report of fraud to my bank where i wired the payment and they told me to wait for their call, they will investigate this case. But i am very disappointed with EBAY, why until now they still allow this big time scammer to list her bags and didn't do action at all despite of all the reports they received!
They are only after of their commissions and not protecting the buyers!

I asked the seller about this bag, my friend wanted to buy it but she has no paypal so I offered to get it for her, The seller immediatly asked for a wire transfer for $9900 saying she is about to close the deal with a another buyer but will sell to me only!
I told my friend not to do it since she would have no Paypal protection! This is crazy!! I was about to respond to the scammer and I noticed she was NARUD.. then I found this thread! How sad that she is still was able to scam people! I wonder how many thousands of dollars she has stolen!

Bank: Kosikorn Bank
The seller Bangkok address: 45/1 Phra Arthit Road, Phra nakorn, Bangkok 10200 Bangkok.

cy1976, the user had me wire the money to a different bank account in france.

Please don't post personal banking information!

The scammer must have multiple fake identities and have bank accounts all over the world, beware that this scammer will make another fake account also selling bags that are rare, expensive, and hard to find on ebay. We should all look out for this. Please provide me with your personal email as well.

Thanks,
birkin10600

Dear Mr Donahoe,

I think I'm not the only person write to you about this eBay seller thelombok (item: 250856549071).

I was one of the victim being scam by this seller. I just want to know what's the outcome or procedure that eBay have taken against this seller.

I have written an email to one of the address that given by Singapore eBay [email protected].

Attached with the details that I have written.

Item: Hermes Kelly 32 soleil Togo*
No: 250856549071
*hope you can help me with the item mentioned above.

I have agreed with the seller to purchased this bag at USD$9000 and a deposit with paypal $500.
The seller requested me to do bank wire, which I have done so on 20th July 2011. The seller still accepting offer from other buyers and holding my money without any refund to me. Have been contacting the seller but to no avail.*
The seller still posting the bag on eBay even though have received my payment. I have all the documentary proof (bank transaction details) and emails that the seller sent.
I can't click on the item through eBay page (that I've bought the bag) as the seller have set it to paypal payment immediately, which I have done so through bank wire.

Please help and guide me how to resolve the problem. I have filed a police report in Singapore, paypal with dispute, bank to stop the fund sudject to beneficiary approval and now eBay.
