Hi everyone,

My H SA left her job, and the new SA called me couple days ago, and told me she took over my account. I had purchased over 13k in 2015 and was waiting for a Birkin. But the new SA told me the past purchasing is not counting anymore since now she's taking over my account, and I have to build up my account again, OMG, what can I do? Any suggestions? Please help, million thanks.

Completely unacceptable. Ask to talk to the SM or even director. Explain your passion for H, evidently, and it is based on past purchase history not from whom you bought it. My understanding from my country. This is no way to build a relationship for a SA. After I got my B I did so much more shopping at H. It's not just getting a B. It's after when you get the bag and think of all the cute things that go along with your B.
Sending luck your way.

Totally agree! I really like H's craftsmanship and the quality, and my previous SA is a very nice person, every time she can find me something that I really like, never push me to buy anything, but what a headache for this newbie! Thanks for all the support :)

This is just not fair!! Starts from zero again after spending 13K?? That's ridiculous. Your SM should already know you. Good luck and hopefully the SM will understand and give you your 1st B soon nanapig [emoji120]🏼[emoji120]🏼

O, thank you so much!! I feel so much better now, you gals are so nice, giving me so much of power =)

I'm so sorry this happened to you, Nanapig. It must have been a terrible shock. Like the others, though, I'm hopeful -- bordering on confident -- that the SM will do something to help make it up to you. (When my dear SA retired, she and her successor handled it beautifully: the retiring SA invited me into the store, introduced the new SA to me, engaged in the kind of chat one would expect from a gracious hostess introducing a pair of guests at a dinner party, and discreetly assured me that she would be passing along all her "notes" to the new SA. Smooth transition; grateful, happy, and impressed me.)

You are so lucky to have such a nice SA with you =)

I will go and talk to the SM on Monday, will update how it goes. I feel so upset after talking to the new SA. I understand she wants to sell me something, but her attitude is very worse. Thank you GALS!!!
I live in the UK and have only ever received the best service in all the Hermes stores I have visited, whether I've bought anything or not. The staff have always invested time & effort during my visits, whether it be to look at newly released item or just browse and have a chat. My experience is that they actually enjoy chatting about their products and it's actually a change for them to deal with people who are genuinely interested in all items Hermes and not just the people who only visit in the hope of getting a B/K or C.

So very sorry you have experienced the total opposite.

It's hard changing SA's. We changed SM's and I feel the impact. Your passions and a bit of perseverance will pay off. I am sending positive thoughts and keep us posted.

I don't know the SM. She rarely shows up. I only saw her couple times in the store.

I imagine she is in the back, in her office. Ask for her, and don't be bashful to state your problem. I am sure she will be sympathetic -- she won't want to lose a good, steady customer like you. Good luck and let us know.
