This is so unfortunate. it gives such a bad name to Hermes. I was in Bloomingdales the other day and they now have a "Customers Bill of Rights" posted at the entrance. I suppose this is in reaction to the customer who was treated badly at Barney's. It clearly tells where to report an instance of bad treatment of the customer.Tyson: I think the Korean lady is just mean! Now I do believe Hermes has the right to sell the goods that are limited in quantity to high spending customers. But the S/A's don't have to be rude about it.
