So sorry to hear . I visited as many H stores as possible while in Europe last Summer and all were absolutely amazing - even the time I was in shorts and walking shoes . Trust me it took courage on part to walk in looking that way, but hey I was a tourist!

SA is always reminds you about keep a good record. But some time they do have good stuff available. That's how we got our black crocodile Kelly Cut with gold hard wear. It take year if we request one. But at that day it just available. ImageUploadedByPurseForum1393653566.790170.jpg
 
Had a nice experience at the Short Hills store a few weeks back, despite rolling up on the store with the whole family circus (4 yr old, 1 yr old, and hubby in gym clothes). But I was efficient in selecting a scarf and the SA complimented my quiet kids. It was clear he had experienced worse!

I didn't even ask for a Birkin or Kelly!

It's unfortunate that you were not able to record this conversation to share with a manager
to hear the tone & comments that were made to you.

SA's like this give other accomodating SA's a bad name.. This is
really unacceptable to me

As hard as it may be, don't let this SA affect you personally. She is the one with the issue, not you. And don't let this one experience affect your shopping relationship at Hermes. For years I never received any good service (any service, period) from my home store. So I stopped shopping there. And then one day by chance I encountered a wonderful SA; she and I just clicked. She has sourced for me all of the Bs and Ks I have wanted. And I have returned the favour by buying exclusively from her and spending a lot of money with her.
