I want to thank Gail 13 and Storeberry for their dedication in responding to posters on the Chanel forum during the time when we had not had an authenticator available. They have made extra effort to ensure posters were answered and continue to do so.
Team players...thanks Gail13 and Storeberry and you as well Luv!

No thanks needed, I know there have been others that are helping out too!

I think we have made an effort to welcome new members on the Chanel AT thread and try to be helpful even though we can't authenticate their items at the time. We do encourage them to look around the forum for all it offers.
I have noticed that most all of the new posters do not follow posting guidelines which tells me they haven't spent much time on the forum before making a AT request. There was one new poster who recently posted a 'thanks for not helping me' but at least most of them have been polite.

'Thanks for not helping me' def isn't kind at all. I don't understand people giving attitude when asking for a free service, but then again, I don't think any of us would understand that!

Yes, totally agree! It is incredibly helpful not just to the thread/forum but also to the authenticator when a few posters step in to help out and see if they can make the set up easier for everyone involved! Thanks ladies!

Some new posters don't realize we are volunteers so they think we are slacking at our job when we don't respond quick enough.

you're paid

This comment is not pertinent to this thread and really not up for public discussion.

We are very proud of the fact that PurseBlog and PurseForum has grown a lot over the past 10 years. We have a team of 6 people full time and 4 part time. Our administrator is part of our team, however our moderators are volunteers.

I am sorry for all the posts and drama. My nephew has been house sit.ting and using my computer. My sweet girl died Tuesday, I am beyond devastated and did not post any of the offensive posts. My heart is shattered...............

:confused1:

Why on earth are these comments necessary?
They are terribly rude and counter to the goal of being more appreciative of the forum's long-time members, contributors, authenticators, mods, employees and owners.

Seriously, I have no idea why you have this need to rip our efforts apart.

This would not be tolerated in any other thread.

I'm terribly sorry for your loss. I don't wish that on ANYONE. Ever.
