and the third one!!! can you believe it?? they approved 3 cheap fakes, same styles in diff colors https://www.thredup.com/product/women-shoes-christian-louboutin-heels/36004694

UPD the 4th fake pair

and this seller has some other brands' stuff, that is probably fake too.
I wonder if they were sent in regular non-luxe cleanout bags and that's how they slipped through and it might explain the PA warehouse situation. Still no excuse for fakes though.

Sorry they came back like that. The warehouse people still need consistent training on this apparently.
do you think it's even acceptable to treat Valentino gladiators like that?

I just had my Luxe bag processed and noticed that my Luxe bag was not sent to CA. All my items went to PA. I assume they are training people there to authenticate (apparently not doing a good job since you all spotted fakes). Benefit for me at least is that my items arrived faster and were processed in no time since I’m also located on the East Coast.
I have two brand new shoes accepted but they listed them as used with minor flaws. They said one pair had wear on the bottom sole, which was definitely not the case. However, I’m actually happy with the listing price so I’m not sure if it’s worth complaining. And the potential buyer will be happy to see the shoes are in better condition than described.

glad i came here to see the latest on Luxe! now i am updated on the cart issue that remains, ie "first time buyers" - which i am not but i always use paypal (or credit) so i guess that i why i cannot see the auto buy feature. grr. am i right tho that if i use a ccd THEN i will see the autobuy feature? cuckoo crazy that not all can use this feature or know it exists and still have to check box to see items in cart. arg. Also, just a heads up, i feel there is some fishy stuff going on (which i felt in the past too, but had started to feel was "fixed". Nope.) recently sent in a beautiful beaded dress, nicest thing i sent in that box, and it went missing. also had some items that were rejected including prada boots go missing, from an earlier box. now have sent in another box and they are marking some items that, while non-luxe, are getting priced crazy low, with retail showing at 1/10 the actual retail price as up front payout with price tag of under $10. omg. as it often takes a WEEK to hear back from them, i will have to (a) buy it back myself or (b) hope claire will agree that was an "error" and reimburse me the diff. she has been very fair this way, reimbursed me well on above issues - but it irks me no end that there are likely some dishonest peeps in the house! an uncomfortable feeling, to say the least.

Yes, you must buy something with a cc first before you can do the autobuy. I mentioned this issue to Claire and they said they are discussing it internally.

I also recently sent in 3 boxes; one went missing but the tracking doesn't show anything past being accepted at the PO so I think the shipping company lost it, not the TU warehouse. Claire said she is trying to track it down. Not sure what a reasonable amount of time is to wait before asking for them to put in an insurance claim on their end and compensate me for the items.

Yes, my items are now sent to PA as well. They actually way lowballed my Chloe shoes on the listing price, much lower than Claire quoted me, but luckily I was able to change the price and Claire adjusted the commission percentage accordingly. They also failed to note that they came with boxes and dustbag, but Claire told me they are not noting that for brands other than Chanel or Hermes. I find that kind of puzzling, like Chloe isn't a good enough brand that people would care about having the box and dustbags??

For the ladies that had items lost or stolen after sending to TU, how long did it take before they agreed to reimburse you for the items? I have a box lost now going on one month, still waiting to hear back about compensation...

Anyone have recent (good or bad) luxe experiences? I’ve had a box sitting in my storage room for months because I’ve had terrible customer service through their “regular” site and I’ve been hesitant to send it in. I also received a fake Canada Goose jacket that had to be dealt with [emoji849] Just seeing if anyone had different experiences recently?

My last experience was not good at all! This was my fourth box that I sent and when some items did not sell they came back to me without tags, without the dust bags, and not in pristine shape (the way they were sent). I will never use them again. This was the LUXE portion FYI.
