also i'm pretty sure any serious posh buyer would ask to see more pics, including of bottom/soles. She just has the 2 she copied from the TU listing.

Reclaimed my almost constantly reserved booties from Luxe and they arrived yesterday with the original box, tissue, dust bags. I'm very relieved about that. I'm going to send them to TheRealReal now. I could not bare dropping the price on ThredUp too far down and I'm pretty sure they'll sell easily on TheRealReal though I'm going to only earn about 60% of that. I think TRR will likely list them for more than they were listed for on Luxe so that should help. Not sure how I feel about the whole Luxe experience as a seller. They need to take better and more photos of high end items. They need to get that cart issued fixed too.

honestly i wish there weren't so many thrifters on poshmark because it makes it harder to attract more legit luxury buyers.they have the autobuy now but it's not available to first time buyers which sucks. also they still need to disallow consecutive reserve times by the same person. Have you thought about just holding your booties until next fall? now that it's april people might not want to buy and then TRR will mark them down.

i got 2 packages with reclaimed items last week btw. both again without any tissue, bubbles or any other package materials. Just the shoes, some in dust bags (both shoes in one dust bag without any tissue or other protection, they can damage each other, but who cares). not even close to how I packaged them when I sent them in, with 10 layers of protection, with tissue, bags etc. nothing has changed... even after all that hype from the last time. they did try their best with the next return, and then just forgot about it. I am officially done

maybe I am too picky. but I have my (high) standards at all the stages including the package. I would never send any item to my buyer wrapped like that.
Hi I am new here on this site and I just wanted to put in my two cents)) I used TU LUXE when it first started and loved it.....the last bag though was a nightmare. It took weeks to get a handbag out of someones cart who was "hoarding" it. Then another item was "stuck" unavailable for days. I also reclaimed a pair of shoes that came back without the box and dustbags. I have a few more items on there but I won't be sending anymore.

Fyi on the hoarding issue, I asked Rebecca and Claire if they are going to expand the autobuy so first time buyers could access it, and also if they are considering banning consecutive 24 hour holds by the same person. Will report back what they say.
