Wow, that is so crazy. I hope my items didn’t increase in price. They look normal to me, but you never know what others are seeing. It seems like too much of a coincidence.

I just checked and I can't see your Birkin at all on the site. I'm assuming someone has placed it in their cart? It's ridiculous that it should be removed from the site entirely until the cart expires.

You have to check the box to "see items in other people's carts"

I wish they would make showing all items the default setting! Otherwise visitors to the site are very unlikely to find our items that are hoarded in people‘s carts.
I would have never known how to find items in someone’s cart before you lovely ladies instructed me on how to do it

Claire told me that with the "commit to buy" feature everything is supposed to show up without you having to check the box. I guess we'll see.

Hmmm, well it hasn’t happened yet! We can only hope it will be soon. I feel like we have been very patient with the issues in this roll out.

I just logged in and all the increased prices are back to the lower ones. It was definitely a universal change (glitch?) on items. Super weird.

Yes, I noticed this too. I went ahead and purchased the key case that I had been looking at, as it went back down in price and I was able to apply the 20% discount code.

It was only on my desktop. I could not see it when I was using my phone; glad that I bothered to look on my desktop. [emoji6]

You only get the item when the other person's hold expires. So the person who had it reserved bought the item before her reserve expired.
