quick update about my return thing - they compensated my bill from dry cleaning for the dress and credited additional $75 for scratches on boots. And promised to take it seriously about handling returns. They are good in problem solving

My items only got up by the end of Dec so I can't really compare on TU, but I am definitely slow on ebay, Posh, Tradesy. Jan/Feb tend to be dead as a lot of people overspent during the holidays or on post-holiday sales and are on self-imposed shopping bans. There are plenty of posts on TPF even about trying not to buy anything new and shopping one's closet. I think things should hopefully pick up by end of Feb.me too fashion victim... my sales are way slower in Jan... not sure what's going on. could be that now there is a lot more luxury to choose from on luxe, so with more choices, buyers are spread thin... for now. i hope its temporary! jan can slow down on many sites.

now that the 100% commission promo has ended
Right, I meant for sending in things in the future.it has ended for new sellers who ship their items since January, but still works for the items that are selling now and were shipped before the end of December

Yay!I messaged Ashley about bad pictures in 4 of my listings and she promised to address this request to their photographer, and it seems they are doing something cause all these listings became not available today. will let you know the result, hope they will make new better ones![]()
Claire said time stuck in someone's cart isn't supposed to count against your consignment period, so I'm hoping this is now automatic for all consignment listings. I have a NWT beaded Mara Hoffman dress that I listed at a really good price, $84, just to get it sold quickly. Since day one someone has been re-reserving it over and over on the dot so it has never been *not* reserved. If the person ever releases it without buying it should still have 84 days left! Kind of SMH on this person though, it's not like it's a $3k final sale handbag, it's an $84 dress and is returnable. Seriously can't make up her mind? Or maybe she doesn't have the money and is using the cart reserve as her own personal layaway. In which case, she shouldn't be spending funds on dresses.I've also noticed that sometimes they randomly extend some of my listings, so some items in same bag have like 20 days left now, some 40ish, and so onI guess it happens after I complain of something
that's nice
then it's something new. all items from my first bag expired at the same time, though some of them were reserved 24/7Claire said time stuck in someone's cart isn't supposed to count against your consignment period
OK, maybe this is a change they made in response to complaints. It's the least they can do.then it's something new. all items from my first bag expired at the same time, though some of them were reserved 24/7
