Now I am glad that I missed it.

honestly I still don't regret that I jumped it. Personally for me there are some troubles but overall the benefits still outweigh any disadvantages. I've sold a lot with them, I got read of many items that I couldn't sell for more then an year on eBay, posh, Tradesy and VC, and I'm very happy about it. And luckily they didn't lose any of my items. I'd still do it again back in time:)

received my return today, 11 items in a box. All messy in a big box, shoes are separate from each other, not covered with anything, boxes are opened, and my beautiful like new Herve Leger dress.. I shipped it to them in a beautiful box, carefully packed with ribbons and tissue paper. and it was in that box just like this, like it's cheap sh*t from China. Not in my box, no any packaging at all, all dusty and creased. Literally almost crying, noone can treat luxury items like that:sad:
That's horrible! I'm so sorry. The people working there don't respect your things or their value. When we moved into a new house and had some minor construction work done, one of the workers threw his hammer down on our custom made dining table, denting it. I don't think he ever considered the damage he caused.

and it's not only about original packaging. One pair of my ankle boots are scratched cause they were not properly packed for shipping, it's even worse than lack of the box

This is terrible. I didn’t realize the items got damaged due to how they were returned to you. It’s bad enough returning items wo the original packaging sent but then damaged due to poor packaging. It’s common sense for them to keep each item with the original box, dust bag(s), etc. They really must not have processes in place to ensure your items are kept together, but also not lost. Im curious if the items that sold were shipped to the buyer with the original accessories that were sent in with the items.

Have you contacted them saying your items were received back not in the same condition as sent?

yes I did, waiting for answer. the dress came not with original box, it was a nice gift box, I also printed a sticker with picture of the dress and put it on the top, so lot of work was done to wrap it nicely. I packed it long before and stored like this in case if it sells on eBay, and decided not to change anything and sent it to Thredup in this package, but still it doesn't give them any right to throw my box, ribbons etc and ship that dress without any protection.

hi again, it seems most bypassed my post of about a week ago, i am actually a real person, not a plant sent over by luxe lol in case anyone thought that? ... anyway i read with dismay all these posts about poor handling of your luxe items! please tell them, do tell them what has happened. i just shared w/ them some poor handling of my rejected items, and well they dont seem to be aware of these issues, so they need to be made aware. this is my biggest critcism of them so far.

regarding including boxes and dustbags etc - DO point this out to your rep too (i have claire she is awesome) - but i asked this previously, claire said they do like getting the boxes etc and include them w/ items when sold. they dont, however, photograph them or mention their existence in listings that i have seen so far. also if you include authenticity cards or have chanel bags etc w auth stickers for ex, i would photo these and let your rep know they are included with your items. when i've had rejected items they have sent me back all original materials.

agree. they're "new", the luxe division, they've made some errors, but the postives far outweigh the negatives for me... and they seem to genuinely care, and want to improve.

when I had returns on Tradesy, they packed it carefully with tissue, bubbles etc, and I expect every reseller who works with luxe to do the same, it shouldn't be an issue
I completely agree. i feel that not every person involved with luxe is aware of all the care that is needed, especially on the luxe end of things. they have some growing to do for sure, but i feel their "heart" is in the right place. they do, however, need to hear these critiques so they can improve.
