Love peaking into other people’s bags! Thanks for sharing! Here’s a peak into mine. As you can see. I have a lot of keys. Would you recommend a key holder for someone with this many keys?

I definitely would recommend something to put your keys together to protect your handbags. I put my keys into a mini pochette as it's handy to have them in one place for me.

I love the Chalk!! I would recommend key holder or key pouches maybe. I only use them so they don't scratch my bag as I'm taking my keys in and out. Thank you for sharing

I am so sorry to hear the bad news on your Cassie. You should bring it to Coach. Someone posted that Coach has a one year warranty.
I spoke to her associate at the coach store today, she said if you don’t buy it from Coach you have to go back through the retailer you bought it from. She said they can do repairs on bags that werent purchased from them, But acted like if there was any issue with the glazing you would have to go back through the original retailer-that was confusing to me? Does anybody know the policy better?

I brought in a Bloomingdale's exclusive coach bag last month for repair. I had only owned it a week, they charged me $35 to repair it because it didn't come directly from Coach. The SAs argued for awhile on if I had to pay the $35. One offered a refund/exchange towards a different bag in store. I thought it was pretty crappy to be charged after only owning a week but paid anyway. Called CS on my way home and they refunded me saying I shouldn't have been charged. So I think stores/SAs are unclear on the rules when purchasing from macys, Neiman's, etc.
