I saw someone’s post about the pine green back in stock. Planned to order it when I got home then forgot and now it’s sold out again. I guess I’ll wait on the next restock or call customer service. In no rush since I can’t go anywhere lol.
I had no idea price matching varies.... I can’t imagine why they wouldn’t cause if they didn’t, I would just buy for lower price online like I was doing prior to the managers suggesting I let them price match first before I buy elsewhere. Macy’s and Dillards are my go to’s end of season, but I do make me rounds on every single Coach retailer online to be certain I’m getting the lowest price possible.
You’re definitely not alone. I first got the blue snakeskin color block Cassie last year and then got the black Cassie. I did not love the brass with the black leather. I ended up returning the black Cassie because the flap was also lopsided, but did not get a replacement.
For me, I just didn’t like the brass/gold with the stark black leather. I have an LV Pochette Metis and another chalk colored Coach bag with brass hardware that I like. *shrug*
I love this, wish it was on sale like the ginger multi.
Received my pine Cassie, but the color is not what I thought so it will go back. Frustrated that my online order shipped from a store and has no receipt or prepaid shipping label so I will be on the phone with customer service for awhile trying to get one.

I’ve been eyeing the pollen Cassie lately; waiting for the next time it goes on sale. Do any of the dept stores carry the pollen color anymore, or just the coach website? I want to track all my options. I noticed the aurora Cassie was $147 at Macy’s.

Once you get later in the sale the items often start coming from stores and your experience isn't a huge surprise. That is one of the reasons that when the sale starts I often go right for the bag I want so I have a better chance of getting a good one. Sorry that happened to you. As for the color, I think the reason I like it is the wide range of colors in different lights versus just being a hunter green like color. But everyone is different.
Question on 19 vs regular size: would you say the cassie 19 is more a formal evening bag? Both are not really big, but I'm just doubting between the two sizes.
I saw youtube videos ofcourse, but just wondering how much Tetris-playing is involved to fit everything! Is the 19 like the Tabby26 sizewise?

Weird, I wonder if you're experiencing caching issues on your browser? I got an email yesterday saying they were in stock, checked around 4pm (indeed they were still in - I keep debating getting it but also moreso want the black so the bag's been chilling in my cart and I keep getting retargeted about it), got another email saying they're "almost gone!", looked again and they're still in stock as I'm writing this comment. If you read this in time, clear your history and check the site, again!
