Hello everyone! I’m new here. I was just about to buy the Cassie in pine green today but it sold out. I am just starting to get into purses. The Cassie is the perfect entry purse I have wanted until I can afford the more luxury brands. I was really attracted to the Pine green. Especially at the $210 price. Dark teal is one of my fav colors. I also love the pewter hardware. I don’t really like the gold. Am I completely out of luck? Can I call customer service and see if they can find me one?

Just keep checking the websites sometimes they pop back up but yes call customer service they can help .
Along with what was already recommended, you can also call a SA at a store, and ask if they can locate one.

I was wondering if anyone else feels the way I do or has a solution to my problem...
I fell in love with the Cassie the moment I first saw it. It is just my kind of bag. Here's the rub: I love black bags but I really can't get over the yellow gold hardware. I also fell in love with the blue snakeskin, which was (as far as I know) never available in Europe, but I will try to hunt down preloved sometime soon. I would just love it in black with silver or gunmetal HW. I would even go for a grey one.
Am I the only one who just can't get over some 'flaw' with a bag. I keep wondering whether I should just get over myself and get it with the gold HW, but I can't bring myself to do it.

Nope, not just you. I tried to love my midnight navy Cassie bag, and I just couldn't. Had it had dark hardware I would have loved it. I even added tea roses to it and everything, and still had to confess I didn't love it. I just ended up giving it up--just didn't speak to me. Now, I love the pine and aurora ones, both have dark hardware and they work well for me. I also have a couple signature/colorblock that are great.
Im obsessed with tne brass myself, however, I tried the mixed leather blue out last year with gunmetal and it literally the hardware chipped right away.....the black pebbled parker with gunmetal HW chipped on chain and on round rings the chain strap pulls through literally after two days of ownership......so im simply paranoid about the dark hardware as what good is the dark if the metal underneath shows through? however, based on pricematching on the Macys sight, I did snag the pine and the aurora from Coach this week at a ridiculously low price......I can live with it if the price is cheap enough I guess.
I just looked and it's gone from their site now, but Macys had some solid Cassie colors for $145 the past few days. Green and pink for sure were there. Hope someone got them at that price! The Coach website sale was much higher than the Macy prices, which was weird.
