I haven’t had that issue yet with any of my bags with that. Hopefully it is just a random problem.

How did you both find pine green Cassie on Macy's site? I have never seen that color on any site except Coach!
Pine green was never at Macy’s.... I got it for the sale price at Coach of 210.00. Coach price mAtched the Macy’s price for me this week for Aurora of 147.00. And they price matched the midnight tabby shoulder bag from 270 on Macy’s for me and Zappos had the black at 270.00 and they price matched that. I look for sales, especially end of season all over internet and they price match for me.
I guess I got confused by how your post was originally stated. Did you get them to give you pine for $147 or just aurora?
Every bag I have seen with the black/gunmetal coated hardware, whether contemporary or high-end, has chipped at some point. I almost bought my YSL Medium college with black hardware, but changed my mind because I read about the chipping, and got the aged silver hardware instead. It doesn't seem to matter what the price point is, that kind of hardware just has issues. I *love* the look of it, but never buy it because of that. Such a shame!
I was looking at the Cassie at Macy's like 2 days ago and I swear it had two color choices available for 145ish. They were both sold out. That's what I saw, a radio button for a light color and a dark color were the options. There is no trace of anything on the site now. Maybe I didn't see it right.
Odd. I check Macys for Coach Cassie daily and only ever saw aurora at the $147. I never saw any other color for that exact price. The other colors were on sale, but only 30% off ($245 for regular Cassie or $206 for Cassie 19). Macys never had the color pine, sale or regular price.
I'm almost positive the Oxblood was on the Macy's site the other day and it was on sale for around $150 off. I remember seeing it and thinking I might buy it for my mom, but she said she already had a bag in a similar color. That may have been the dark color you saw!
they priced matched aurora as that was on Macy’s.com. Since pine wasn’t available anywhere else I paid Coach’s $210 and then they discounted the two Tabby’s, that weren’t even on sale on their website or in stores to match online sales of 270.00. I never pay full price for Coach, usually 50 percent off or more using other retailers sales for them to match, as prefer to buy from Coach direct...today I just got the 325.00 Sutton Hobo in saddle from Macys.com for 136.50 only because Coach doesn’t have that color available. There’s two more bags I’m thinking of, one on Macy’s and one another major retailer that are grossly reduced. like 60 percent off each. Have been so good with purse buying since January then I’m over with these sales giving these bags away!!!!
It was the metallic pewter pebbled Parker and the aurora. Pine was never sold at Macy’s from what I saw... as I’m on that app every single day
Oh! I meant for the $147 price.... the 30 percent off on the others is standard but the 147.00 is INSANE.
You are lucky they are price matching. I was only able to do it once and have never had any success with it since.
what?! all three Coach boutiques in my area price match for me. Only the managers can, regular SA cannot. in fact two of the managers brought it to my attention to allow them to price match BEFORE I buy elsewhere.
