Why shouldn't it be forwarded to Coach? The consensus is that we've been paying an average of $400 a bag and receiving terrible treatment by rude SAs. If I were running a company, I'd WANT to know about problems like these. There are a LOT of unhappy customers right now.I got mad with Coach when I walked into one of their stores one time, looked for a leather bag and was wandering around kind of lost when an SA said (looking pointedly at my handbag which was a Dooney) "Maybe you'd like to look for a cheaper bag?"
Now I feel unhappy to buy a Coach even if I see it in TJMaxx for a fraction of its original price.
Oh, and please don't forward this thread to anyone at the company, or make copies and send it. Vlad and Megs don't like things like that happening.
