It looks normal to me and honestly I'm not seeing the same issues you are. I don't think you will find a bag without scratches on the hardware, or if you do, they will get them immediately with the way the strap clips to the rings.

The scratch on the d ring is very minor. Honestly, if it doesn’t get worse I can live with it. Even the wrinkling underneath one handle I can live with as leather eventually wrinkles anyways. I’m just not sure if it is normal for the strap to be cut this way? There are cuts into the leather at the end. I’m not sure if they’re supposed to be sealed or left like this.

The first piece I received should’ve never passed quality control (that was minor scratches but very deep black scratches and scuffs on the leather) and I’m almost happy with this one as long as that strap is normal for the bandouliere.

The one with the mail is more finished, the wrinkles in the handle that is normal, I had a keepall 45 cobalt and I also had those wrinkles, I asked in Lv they told me that it is normal. See to clean the scratches of the hardware with product for mortars.

I have purchased several straps as repair parts and they all have been cut that way unfortunately. That is their "normal".

Did you order a different strap? Also how tall are you ?? I really thought I wanted a 25... but they only have the black in the 20 !!
