Could it be because it was folded in the box before they brought it out? Anybody have photos of what the zipper should look like?

My Speedy b25 has a slight wave when it’s unzipped but that’s all and the zipper is smooth.

I would exchange this. The zipper doesn’t look right.

I solved the problem by buying a Key Bell. The keys are in the bell and the lock hangs from the leather loop of the key bell and not the ring. I also hot stamped my initial on the Key Bell... that made it even more fun.

I'm thinking I'd like to find a gently used Murakami Cherries Speedy 25. Does anyone have a good recommendation as to the more reputable sites and/or most likely to find one in better condition? I might be willing to replace the leather as long as the canvas and interior are in good shape - but really the concern is authenticity. I've read on various threads that even Fashionphile and RealReal have recently sold fakes.

This would be my first Speedy and first pre-owned purchase so any/all recommendations are welcome! Thanks

That's great for them to offer complimentary repair. I would let them do it. Chances are the repair will take less that 6 weeks. That is if they are working right now.
