If it's raining I carry the DE. But otherwise, I don't really have a preference. Basically it's which ever one I'm in the mood to carry. I purchased a preloved mono and had all the vachetta replaced. I love the idea of a vintage bag that's been refurbished. It's probably my favorite just because it was amazing to see the transformation from tired to sassy!

I tried it and it was heavy compared to the canvas. It's beautiful but not for me.
I found it was a bit heavy at first but are not bothered by its weight now. Maybe because I compared it with the canvas version that’s why I complained. It’s twice as heavy as the canvas one.
It’s more or less the same weight as most of my Chanel flap bags. Sorry I’m not used to other brands such as Celine, Bal or Givenchy so I can’t compare but I heard they’re much heavier than Chanel in general.

Thought long and hard about whether or not buying it pre loved. Then I thought long and hard about what pattern to get. I went in the LV boutique and LV in Bloomingdale’s. I inspected all corners and every inch of the bag... I’m home and looking at the lock which has some scratches and it looks to be slightly tarnished (you have to really inspect it to even notice) .... I’m bothered by the fact I’m not more bothered by this . I have no use for the lock but for the price I feel like I should have a brand new one .... but again, im not using it anyway. Regardless, I ended up buying the key chain as the statement piece and I LOVE LOVE LOVE how it looks. Thanks for letting me share!
