I ended up trying a few sizes, I ordered a pre-loved Speedy 25 and I'm going to try it out. If it works for me I'll get myself a crisp new one 
! It rains where I am very often so I can use the new one when it is sunny and use the pre-loved when it is nasty out. If I end up not liking the size, it's not a total loss and I'll jump to a 35

Omg that is a gorgeous gorgeous speedy. The patina on that is just amazing. I wish I had bought one before they made the puffy chaps.

What's really nice is if you have an older one and get the vachetta replaced, they keep the chaps flat!

Congrats! I had this once before but returned and got Alma. Still thinking of this or Speedy B. I am not sure if it will bother me not to have strap option or not. I like looks without better and the price difference is crazy!
Thanks! And yep, that’s why I decided on the original version instead of the Speedy B. The price difference just didn’t make sense for me, since I never wear crossbody bags. And I like the simpler look of the original!
