Yes, there is a zipper on the inside pocket now. I find the pocket too small to put much in really. But I love my speedy b.

On Monday I finally bought the Speedy B30 in DE, a bag I'd been wanting for a long time. It was MIF so I knew I had to jump on it right then and there.
Well when I got home I noticed the button on one chap was off center which bothered the hell out of me! I tried to get over it since it was such a beautiful bag (and MIF) but the zipper was incredibly wavy as well. And 2 days after wearing it, the leather strips on the sides were starting to wrinkle into huge bumps.
Not to mention the strap was so sharp, I felt like it was going to cut my shoulder!
I had to return the bag sadlyI'm not sure if a monogram version would be better in terms of strap comfort but it's always so rainy here in S Florida.
I am so disappointed in the quality, guys. I was so looking forward to this bag!
Don't give up! Sorry you had a bad first experience with the Speedy. You should try a different bag, same model, because some batches are made differently. Or, like you said, Monogram may be more comfortable for you as the natural leather softens. As a last resort to stick with DE, you could buy a third party strap of cotton or canvas material that would be more comfortable and personalize your bag!
Yes, that's true, maybe I did just get a bag from a bad batch.
I still love the beauty of this bag along with the monogram version but for now I'm left with a bad taste in my mouth

Yay!! Thank you so much!! I just have to check that the epi pen will fit lol. I have been wanting one of these for so long and am having trouble locating one. I usually go between bigger bags but the speedy 25 and PM are my smallest. I also am thinking about a speedy b in mono, I already have it in DE [emoji6]
I got this little cutie this week! I had a pre loved Speedy 30 (not b) years ago and hated it. Decided to give the Speedy another shot and get the 25 and the b version. So far, other than having to dig for my cell phone, I love it! I got this bag to replace my Siena pm that I've only had 4 months (I just didn't love the pleat on it, and wanted the classic Speedy look).
I ordered a Samorga organizer, but it probably won't get here for 3-4 weeks, so until then, I'll get used to using it as is! Am I the only one who doesn't wear the bag with the lock on it? I don't like it clanking around and scratching up the hardware, so I just took it off. Did anyone else do this? This bag will stay unzipped 99% of the time, so no need to keep the lock on for that either. And I removed the middle part of the strap to make it shoulder length. When the middle part was in there, the end of the middle piece kindof sticks up. Do others of you find the same thing or am I doing something wrong?

Twins! I had purchased a pre loved speedy 30 too and hated carrying hand held when it was so heavy. I ended up selling it to fund for a speedy b 25 in de also! I love it and am very happy! I also took out the middle part to carry it on my shoulder. The middle part is good for wearing it cross body imo. I was going to order a Samorga since my old speedy 30 used to be a black hole but I find that since the 25 is smaller I find that it holds it shape and I don't personally need an organizer.

Congrats! I don't use the lock on my speedys as well for the same reason like yours!!
I got the speedyb 25 almost 2 years ago and never wear it with the lock too. For some reason I don't really like it there. I use a bag charm instead, though with my alma PPM, I like the look of the lock in it. Maybe because the hardware looks more polish/more shiny?
Back to the speedy b, I love the size 25 and it's my most used LV bag. I carry it cross body most times but sometimes use it as a hand held bag too (straps hanging minus the middle strap) if I just need to drive my son around.
And yah, I don't zip it up most times as well
And last LOL!! I use a base shaper only because it's lighter that way. Don't like heavy bags at all.

I bought my first LV handbag in early June and it was a Speedy B 25 as well. Been using her all month and I love it! I bought a Samorga organizer a few days before getting my Speedy and it came in about a 8 business days! I think I ordered during a lull in their orders. This bag plus the organizer has been so easy and fictional to use. I carry her crossbody since I have two young kids who want their hands held during outings, which is always fine by me. Anyway, the Speedy B 25 is a classic piece and I love it! I bought the Ring Key Chain in gold yesterday and use it as a purse charm. Enjoy your classic bag!
The samorga is worth the wait, it's a life changer ! You will love it, it's nice to be able to find your things instead of having to dig around . [emoji4]
