What do you guys think of the new insurance they are selling on their site. I think it is ridiculous.
If they did a better job describing, authenticating, and displaying things on their website they could cut down on returns. This is just an attempt to extract more money from customers because their current business model isn’t profitable.
 
Sorry to hear your experience, hope you could win the dispute! A question out of curiosity, I see you already have a black caviar mini rectangular, why did you buy another same one?
I was waiting for someone to ask that! The black caviar mini I have is with silver hardware and I've been on the hunt for a black caviar mini with gold or light gold hardware. Silly I know, but I'm obsessed with the caviar minis!

I do totally agree and would add they could add their own return policy. Why should someone pay extra just to return. That makes no sense.

I got my unbelievably priced bag last Sunday, exactly when they said it would arrive. Box was fine, bag was in a dust bag, no other packing material but IMO did not need anything extra. Bag is just fine, no problems, this is my second good experience with TRR, no bad ones so far.
I find if you look at the pictures really closely there are some great finds to be had. Enjoy your new bag.
 
This has happened to me before on TRR and on Fashionphile, initially both said that the item "could not be located". In reality, I think in most cases the item is either truly lost or it was stolen. On Fashionphile, they said that the item was "presold" to a VIP client prior to listing it and was not supposed to go live on the website. That was a shock. With TRR, they are disorganized so they really could have lost your item. I consigned a B25 with TRR once and they lost the lock and key (they agreed to pay me the full price for it after my consignment advocate intervened for me) and then apparently they found them about a month later. It also happened to me that an item I purchased from TRR online was delayed by over a week and then they reached out to me requesting to cancel the order; the reason was because the item number was linked to the wrong item in their warehouse, but again my representative was able to intervene and they found the correct item in the end. If you still want the item I would request that they put a note on the item number and contact you if it is found later so that you can purchase it.
This also happened to me on both and they did offer credit in both cases. I just had TRR loose an item I consigned and after some work I am supposed to get a credit for it this month. We will see.

Talk about unbelievable prices, FP ever now and then have unbelievable prices items, like last week they listed a brand new made in France Totally PM monogram for $685, I had sold ones like that int the past easily $1,200- $1,400. So I just looked at it till someone else bought it. Also the other day they listed a new version micro chip like new but has one corner wear black lambskin medium double flap in black with gold hardware for $5,245, and no box, so I let it go too… well, they were just slightly more than I was willing to pay otherwise I’d bought them, but they were great prices though compare to others in the market

And ever now and they who ever quote sellers might made mistakes, the listing prices were unbelievable, and sometimes the listing titles were wrong too, I grabbed a few through the years.
 
A Stam for $108 and a YSL Muse for $164. Both in wonderful condition--these were bags I'd wanted in the past but I was too poor and bam--I saw these prices.
Congrat! It is wonderful to get a bag you have always wanted. I recently got a RRL50 from them in brand new condition for a very fair price. I have always wanted that bag. It is a real beauty.
