I still think you can find good deals on TRR. And if you're persistent then they will make things right if the purchase doesn't go as expected.
I just finished dealing with them on another purchase I made. I originally bought a Chanel watch on July 10 at a really good price compared to others of the same style and reported condition on TRR, Fashionphile and ebay. There was an issue with it though (automatic watch that lagged while the listing said "this watch currently meets expected timekeeping standards") and they agreed to refund the full cost of the repair to my original form of payment or issue a full refund if we could not come to an agreement about the repair cost. It took a month to get the repair estimate from Chanel and ten days of a few back and forths with TRR via chat and email, but they ultimately kept their promise and I just got my refund today.
For me, it was worth the hassle for this particular item. I have also just returned items if they were not as described and gotten full refunds on them with little or no hassle, even if the item was listed as non returnable. Other times, transactions went smoothly.
TLDR: Even if things go wrong with purchases, in my experience, TRR eventually does the right thing.
