I love this bag and wanted to purchase the MM as a travel tote.. seems like the perfect size, zips shut, and has the outside pocket w/zipper. But reading about the "corner" issue, should I re-think getting the DE MM? (was going to purchase in Paris or Roma on my vacation in 2 weeks)

I‘m sorry but I dont’t think that’s a good idea. I love the design as well and I wanted it as an everyday bag but now...
I‘ve read somewhere here that somebody got a replacement of a graceful due to the corner issue. So if you REALLY set your heart on it- buy it and use it straight for the first few months or so. This way you are within the one year after purchase, when they most likely would replace it.... although they usually don‘t do anything when canvas is not intact
I‘m still thinking about doing that, too. Currently I am hoping that another bag will catch my heart and I forget about the Iena... not happened yet

View attachment 4362974 Hey everyone. New to the forum but not LV. Anyone have a monogram iena? I bought one last year but I never use it. I’m more of a ebene and azur fan so I think I’m going to sell it and buy an Iena in azur or ebene. My SA told me he doesn’t think I should sell it since mono isn’t available anymore and my bag is almost perfect condition. Do you think it should sell for a bag I’ll use or keep since it’s no longer available? She’s def a beauty.
Yes, she's beautiful, I vote for keep it-- I've not seen mono Iena when I was looking so I've settled for DE which I also love in Iena tote.

Yep! Think about it! I don’t think is worth it, and I have this bag.:crybaby:

I totally agree.

Thank you for the replies. I will hold off for now, the folded corners are not looking good. I didn't even think about reading the graceful threads, thank you for bring that to my attention! too much disappointment with these folded corners!!

I took my bag to LV store because I noticed popped stitch on my zipper pull - they are ordering a new one to be put on and I’ll have to go back to have that repaired. However I now notice corner wear spot - I don’t think based on what most have said that they will do anything for this though. Why do I feel stress and embarrassment at the thought of bringing this to their attention when I go back in for the zipper pull repair?!! Ugh! I know it can happen no matter how careful I am with it but I wish it didn’t.

Hi. Did you ever ask LV about the corner wear? I’m curious what they would have to say about it.

Joining the club! I just bought my Iéna MM last Friday. Went for the last Delightful at the store, but it had rain spots on the strap. I just don't know how they accepted a return in that condition. Then I saw the Iena, and fell in love. Since I already have a Delightful in DA, I thought another style would be great. In :heart::heart::heart::heart:! Here is a pic of the interior with my Seedy 30 Samorga organizer.

I know this is an old post but just wondering how the bag has held up? Thinking of getting an iena for travelling and overnight trips. Don’t you feel an organiser takes up space and gives you less space for things?

I'm with you on being a Longchamp gal. I have this exact same bag and like it a lot. I use it as an everyday/diaper bag and do find the strap a little uncomfortable whenever I wear tank top but is fine if I have a sweater or jacket on, which I think is expected because this is untreated leather. I've been thinking about the Azur as well just that I already have the Totally PM in Azur so I don't know it'll be too similar if I get the Iena in Azur but MM size. Haiz... I'd get the Azur if I were you only if I never had the Totally.

I’m surprised to read that the straps are uncomfortable. I’m thinking of getting this bag and thought that the straps are very very comfortable and soft snd rubbery.

Dear all, I just got my Iena Damier Ebene on my birthday from Paris Champ Elysee. :flowers: I found it quite heavy for me even I only put my Jeanne wallet/key cles/some cosmetics without cosmetics pouch. I am thinking about if it is just too big for me. I am totally fine with my speedy b 25 even I packed my speedy. I did some research that speedy b 25 weight around 430 to 480g. I think I am able to carry a bag around this weight. (Iena PM is around 480g) I am thinking about to do the exchange for Iena PM. (even though I love the mm size) But back pain hurts and gives me hesitation when I am going out with this beauty. Can anyone tell me what is the exact weight of Iena MM? Thanks a lot:confused1:

The iena mm is 1.47 lbs , that’s from the LV customer service themselves.
