Ever since I tried on the emp noir in store on Sat I can't stop thinking about her. If it didn't have defective glazing under the lock I would have bought it on the spot.
I contacted my SA today who I work with while on vacay to check her store for the bag. I sent her a checklist of what to check on the empreinte model she had in store and she just told me she has it and it looks "very good" to her so she's sending it. Yay!!!

I could have ordered online and get free shipping but I just didn't want to deal with a disappointing bag situation (already disappointed with LV on a recent repair) so I will pay the $25 shipping fee for peace of mind. It really sucks that I have to pay an extra $25 because LV's QC is awful, and chances of me getting a defect free PM is iffy. QC in production and in repairs (California) is just not what it used to be... I have one more small purchase by year end and then I think I'm gonna retire for a while.
But hey- I'm in!!!!

That's great she had one in the store, that passed all points on the checklist!! LOL Sounds like that was your bag! Hopefully, it won't disappoint!!

As for ordering online...I know exactly what you mean! It is awful...
I would gladly pay shipping cost too, for peace of mind...

Thx you! I will be sure to post pics as soon as I get it. I am looking forward to receiving it in a few days. When she told me she had 1 and checked it and told me it was very good I was sooooo excited! I hope it won't disappoint but fingers crossed it won't. Yay me!!! [emoji16]

Thank you! I will definitely post pictures once I have the pm in my hands... perhaps with a new slg! We shall see. Don't want to give DH a heart attack! :lol:

Hi ladies! So I ordered two PM reverses on Friday night around 7/8pm (PST), and they still haven't been processed yet at 10am (PST) Tuesday. I called yesterday and they said it can take "24-36 business hours" to process... I can't believe things don't automatically process!!!! It just seems so silly that they hand process everything in this day and age! Just getting antsy for them to arrive and fingers crossed they are perfect unlike the last one :sad:

**EDIT (10:05 am PST): My husband just text me that they just charged us! wahoo!!!! If both happen to be in perfect condition- would anyone want to purchase the other one from me? Otherwise I'll probably just return it- but then it could be someone random that gets it in the store versus someone on the waiting list, which I hate to think of :amazed:
