Hi, I've never had to return anything before online in Canada- is there a lot involved in the process? Can I return it to a store instead? I think I am would like to order the PM emp online, but if the glazing looks as bad as the one I saw in person yesterday, I would return it- just wanted to know if it's a simple process. I tried the emp on yesterday and I can't stop thinking about it even though I am a bit upset at LV QC.

Yes - you can mail back via fedex or just return in store.

I just checked over my metis - the canvas around the lock plate is not centred. How big of a deal is this? I heard it bothered some people but I wasn't paying attention when I was in the store. - Like it's not sitting equally in the middle of the designs around it - should it be? Or is this just the way it happens?

I bought the Metis last week and just noticed the same thing. I don't own any LV so didn't know until I read up on them, but I believe LV canvas are suppose to be aligned. Here are pics of mine. It's about 1-2mm off. I'm a perfectionist so this slight imperfection bothers me. I've used it twice. I wonder if it can return because it isn't aligned?

Okay thanks, let me look at my bag to see if it looks off also. I never payed attention to these things until I followed this forum.

I just looked at my PM Mono and it is slightly off on the buckle and on one of the sides but guess what I just looked at my GM Ebene Neverfull, my Artsy, Speedy Band., Speedy Azur 35, and my Noe and none of them are perfect and I very pleased with all of my Louis bags, key holders, wallets, and charms and I get plenty of compliments on them. Trying to see what I want next. Your bag looks so BEAUTIFUL to me. Believe me if you send it back someone else will be enjoying it! Keep her and enjoy her :biggrin:
