Awww. I think you should take it back, and tell them you are not completely satisfied or happy with the repair. I would. You don't have to say that, but just let them know how you feel.

I had received an after service survey from when I bought a replacement part from another store and something told me to wait till I got this repair before completing it. I just filled it out tonight, noting that this was to survey this repair and gave the transaction #. I told them the problem and why I was scoring this survey so low. I hope they contact me as I don't have a regular SA I deal with in this store to complain to and getting to the store is an ordeal for me. Thanks for responding, u made me feel a little bit better by just talking about it. My hubby thinks it's not a big deal and maybe that's just how they repair it so he can't really understand.

Very nice. Where did you ?purchase? I am looking for the PM in the reverse, but this may be a viable option.
At least in Europe the PM in reverse is becoming more and more easily available. I was on the waitlist for 1 week and got a call, unfortunately my SA noticed a scratch on it and they sent it back to France. I am now waiting for 5 days and the bag is expected to arrive monday or tuesday (no guarantees of course).
So if you want the PM just wait for it and don't settle for a bag you like less.

I was on the waitlist for 1 week and got a call, unfortunately my SA noticed a scratch on it and they sent it back to France. I am now waiting for 5 days and the bag is expected to arrive monday or tuesday (no guarantees of course).
So if you want the PM just wait for it and don't settle for a bag you like less.

Really? I went yesterday and asked again for the reverse but was told it is no longer possible, they can take my name if I insist but there is no guarantee if or when it will be fulfilled.... I hope that they wouldn't fulfill the existing order with the returned goods :(

Luckily my PM Brouge was finally confirmed today....a bit excited although the price quote I was given was wrong, it wasn't 1700 euros but 1880 euros! eeekkkk :amazed:

Can u tell me which store. I have been on wait list for 2 months here in US. I checked several stores with no luck.

Huh? I ordered the reverse two weeks ago and there was no such problem, so weird.
Most of the times defective bags get sent back to France here and I have not heard of defective bags being used to fulfill orders here in the Netherlands. Also my SA knows how picky I am regarding the state of my bags so she wouldn't offer me a damaged or defective bag.
