Which day that you are in the store?
My friend is there as well on 8-jun, and he successfully secured a noir pm for me. I am not sure if I missed out the mono. Is it a lots of stock, or you have the last one?

I was in the store on May 27th. They didn't tell me how many they had of each in stock. I was really lucky to have both the mono and noir PM to choose from. Congratulations on your noir PM! Enjoy!
 
Frankly, I have read and seen photos of PM which are received used or damaged. Here is what I think. You may be receiving a bag which has been returned from another customer. I watched the Youtube below and when I saw how the lady handle the bag then return it, I wouldn't want to be the next to receive that bag.

From where I live, we do not have shop online for LV. We walk into the store and view the bags and accessories on our own. If we are to return and exchange within 30 days, we have to bring the new unused bag into the store. If in any way that the bag looks used, like the patina or scratch on the handle, the store will refuse to honor the exchange.

They are definitely shipping customers USED/defective PMs (MONO), via the US web services. I've ordered several myself, twice i've actually received defects and one is POSSIBLY a used bag, as it has a slight sag already. I didn't return it, but ordered the one I received Friday to compare to it, as I'd planned to only keep one of them. However, that one will be going back! I contacted CS immediately, to return.

I ordered online, because it was convenient for me, as I don't live near a boutique, and really don't have a sales associate. However, I actually prefer to go into a store and assess/select items for myself; unfortunately, this bag is always out of stock. I guess they think people are so desperate for it, that they will take anything. NOT SO!!

Am glad you made the right decision. No one ought to take another person's used item. This is so unfair! I was a victim myself when my friend got me a Stresa PM from Milan. I received it with a mark on the patina. No plastic protection, etc. Went to local store for exchange and the store refused to exchange quoting the bag has been used. So lesson learn, I now purchase all on my own, pick it from the stores with receipt. I don't have a SA too. I just randomly take the one assigned to me.

I agree wholeheartedly. As much as we spend, we should definitely receive unused items; no matter the cost. If it is used, I should not be able to tell. I mean you never know. But, it is absolutely unfair to pay full retail price for a used item. I can understand a person changes their mind or whatever, and decides to return something they haven't used. But, it is absolutely unacceptable to accept and sell a clearly "used" item. If I wanted used Louis Vuitton, I would order from a preloved site, etc. Going forward, I will not shop the website again.

Both of you have leather PM, may i ask, does LV brown envelope fit your interior on first front and middle?

Due it has discrepancy between exterior and interior which i suspect they make smaller interior lining [emoji848]

I didn't try with the envelope. But long wallet fit the front pocket perfectly. No issue.

Please share Which one you like better in term of use wise??
I actually haven't used either bag yet. I love the style of the PM but it's so small and I tend to carry a lot in my purses. I keep telling myself that I will use them both this summer but it will have to be a day in which I'm not carrying much which is the issue. I did have the original version that I carried twice but then sold it so I could have the reverse. They are definitely handy for light days based on my prior experience with my first one and travel, I suppose. I love them both for different reasons but am so drawn to the reverse because of the way it looks. I love the black leather trimmings and the contrast of the reverse with the mono!!! I think they will hold up great once I start taking them out, fingers crossed :tup:;)
 
It's not that easy for us in the US to get them either!!! I'm dying for a reverse but no luck here (California). If anyone has any tips please let me know!
i found one last month just by stalking the online website now and again. have you tried that method? it's so much easier to catch it online that wait for a store to get it. i noticed a few days ago that Fashionphile (in California) has a lot of reverse in stock, although well above retail right now.
