I agree, I have seen photos too, actually just saw a couple regarding this matter. It's ridiculous...
They are definitely shipping customers USED/defective PMs (MONO), via the US web services. I've ordered several myself, twice i've actually received defects and one is POSSIBLY a used bag, as it has a slight sag already. I didn't return it, but ordered the one I received Friday to compare to it, as I'd planned to only keep one them. However, that one will be going back! I contacted CS immediately to return.
I ordered online, because it was convenient for me, as I don't live near a boutique, and really don't have a sales associate. However, I actually prefer to go into a store and assess/select items for myself; unfortunately, this bag is always out of stock. I guess they think people are so desperate for it, that they will take anything. NOT SO!!
