Could you tell me what's like your front edge surface? Is it same as embossed in the middle or soft due pulled into the corner like SA explain

Here is my photo shows a bit subtle pulled to the edge so the logos a bit fade different from in the middle

Personally, this would bother me and I'd exchange it for another one. With LV, you're paying for perfection and this isn't. Sorry if I sound blunt, but I'm sharing my honest thoughts.

Well, my point is: if you are not able notice it, maybe everything is okay and it is only me...
Anyway...long story short: today I received my PM reverse and the same day I sent it to the repair, so 6 weeks of waiting... What happened? Reverse monogram was damaged on the front flap and wrinkled from front and inner side. Looked like a fake... Hopefully my request and claim will be heard and accepted, so I won't pay for the repair or they won't make a pressure on me to take other one with different damage (lock not in the center or so) ...I learned my lesson! Never order an item almost out of stock. It is already a garbage, they are cleaning the storage with all the returned and damaged ones...ah!

Request, no. DEMAND a new one. Speak with the Manager of the boutique. I'll say it again. With LV, you're paying for the item to be absolutely perfect and clearly your PM is not. I own LV's that are 20 years old and they still look amazing but I think back then, maintaining quality was more important. I have a feeling LV cannot keep up with the demand and as such, details get missed which is a huge faux-pas.

My Mono PM's flap does NOT look like yours. It's flat and not wavy at all. Take it back. If you're anything like me, it will bother you and you WON'T enjoy her!

It's like a light pink and very pretty. I love in a hot climate and we wear light clothes most of the year so it's a perfect color to match my many white pants and light colored wardrobe I wear all summer. Sometimes mono just too dark for matching with some summer clothes I have.

Thank you but it's not the pink, the one I posted is the cream color.

Similar to mine. This is normal I think with the logo being flattened at the edges.

It is absolutely BEAUTIFUL! I am on the hunt for this color. I've seen every color consistently available online, except this one. However, I am going to try ordering through a store, as I've not had good experiences with the PM through the website. Hopefully, I can get one!!
 
Yes, the canvas was scratched...plus the flap was wrinkled... claimed new...I went back to the store and requested a repair...I ordered online and did not get a new item, not from the factory, it was tracked down from East Coast even though I live in CA (where is the factory, both of them)...I am very close to give up and let LV be...I will see what quality I will receive next - Triangle Softy, depends on that.
If it was new why would you not return it instead of having them repair it? I had the triangle softy and returned it..I don't think you should have any issues with it....I bought mine from online and there were no issues...

I did not return it, because they do not produce this bag anymore...there is very limited stock in the US (less than 10) and who knows how many of them are defective...this one has good centered lock. This bag has so many issues that it is better to stick with this one so I have under a control what needs to be fixed. But I am open to any advice or recommendations. Btw. did you get your bag directly from the factory?

Which pm do you have, the mono or the reverse? I bought the triangle softy online, it came from the warehouse. Had no issues and I think it was made in Italy..

I ordered PM reverse online, but it was tracked down from the East Coast, I live in CA where are 2 LV factories...that speaks for itself... I am awaiting to arrive the Triangle softy next Tuesday. PM and Triangle would be a nice combo, we will see!

Frankly, I have read and seen photos of PM which are received used or damaged. Here is what I think. You may be receiving a bag which has been returned from another customer. I watched the Youtube below and when I saw how the lady handle the bag then return it, I wouldn't want to be the next to receive that bag.

From where I live, we do not have shop online for LV. We walk into the store and view the bags and accessories on our own. If we are to return and exchange within 30 days, we have to bring the new unused bag into the store. If in any way that the bag looks used, like the patina or scratch on the handle, the store will refuse to honor the exchange.
